Been a while sine I've been here and there is definitely a change of spirit. Couple of new servers since last time and getting a coffee refill is slow. As for the cook putting out food, been waiting 30 minutes and still no food...WTF! Finally arrived and all I can say is it isn't bad but not mom's home cooking. Hash house grub at its finest. Place is noisy and no Denny's but overall I give it 3 stars because in reality it has the atmosphere and ambience of a down home breakfast joint that's not for everyone....food was good and hot just slow! If fancy is what you're looking for... not this place but it will put you in the same room as the locals..... have a happy meal

Although the waitresses were really nice and the other customers inside were clearly regulars, there wasn't anything special here. The menu items are pretty cheap, so I ordered a few things in attempt to try as much as possible. My waitress made multiple comments about me not going to be able to eat it all, which is true, but leave me be please. It started to make me uncomfortable. The food itself only took a few minutes to come out, which was impressive. The pancakes were definitely the best part of the meal. The biscuits were lacking. The gravy was not good. If I were to go again, I would only order pancakes and maybe a couple of eggs, but I don't see myself coming back here.

We called and ordered our food over 45 mins ago for pickup. We are currently here still waiting for our food. We have tried this place multiple times in the oast year and every time the customer service is poor, food is mediocre at best, and the wait time to get our food to-go is atrocious. No telling how much longer we will have to wait for. My family always tries to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this is just unacceptable. Better off driving into new Mag for faster service. Update: We got our food after waiting an hour and have decided this is our last time getting food from this restaurant.

I've been in the area for a few years and have never tried this place. My husband finally convinced me to stop by. We didn't order anything out of the ordinary. Omelette, pancakes, hash browns and fried eggs. We also had an order of biscuits and gravy. That was probably my least favorite. The gravy was salty and the biscuits were not what I am used to in a biscuit. They were very dense and lacking flavor. Everything else was just alright. My husband, on the other hand, loved it and can't wait to go back (he can write his own review!). At the end, I think you will either love it or hate it. It's all depending on your food preferences.

$13 for a veggie & cheese omelet when the pork omelettes are less? This is a crowded dive diner with stressed out waitresses charging over $11, $12, $13 for omelette plates. Nope.

Large portion. Staff is friendly and timely. I enjoy eating breakfast. Small town cafe.

Been coming to this establishment since I was a kid Mrs kitty is a hard working women she's always their in the early morning hours. The food is always great!

9.12.23 Chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken today. We really like eating here. The are open from 5:30-3pm. They are not open for dinner. We love the down home cooking. Maybe next time I will try their breakfast food. Will definitely come here again.

$40 and the only food edible was the toast. My "omelet" was a folded fried egg with a square of cheese on top. Ugh! Couldn't even chew the bacon. My friend ordered a cheeseburger which she managed to choke down less than half - no taste whatsoever. I joined Yelp in order to warn people of this place. Servers were nice and restaurant was clean. Too bad about the food.
