The food was good but for the price I expected better. The service was mid and they had weird fees.The ambiance was the best part.

Immediately no to the avocado toast. It was giving me HEB pre-made avocado dip smeared on wheat bread. The chicken was on point. I would come back for a beverage.

BEST time ever!!! WILL was our server and he is an absolute gem and is to be cherished!!! I cannot wait to visit again. I had the lamb & grits ohhhhh so yummy! Service is amazing and plenty of houston skyline photo ops!

Went lastnight and the service was horrible. They had tables empty for hours and would not seat those that were waiting. I spoke with the manager and he assured me that they dont mind losing customers while saving tables. We wont be returning.

We never got to order dinner because our appetizers came out cold. We waited nearly an hour for them to come out and they were ice cold. They took the appetizers back to the kitchen, by time they came back out, it was 20min later. 1 hr 20min in with no food. I never even got my appetizer. We waited 1 hr for a bottle of champagne. Drinks took 45 min to come out. Overall terrible experience. We went for my sister's birthday and I regret it

I love coming to Kiss lounge it always an amazing experience. The thing that got me hooked was the phenomenal staff. My favorite was miss Mariah she always made sure my glass was full and order put in. The drinks/food was amazing and I love how she took care of me the first night I went. Now Kiss has a loyal customer for sure and thanks for the amazing experience.

This place was....interesting. I'll admit, I'm no patron of karaoke lounges, but I still feel qualified to critique this place. Just kidding. I'll just tell you about my experience. We got there kind of early on a Friday night and it was completely empty except for employees playing a game in a corner. The decor is very pretty, modern, lots of red and silver. TV screens everywhere. Nice little private booths. A guy named Gilbert explained everything to us and gave us an iPad to control the music. He said if there was anything we wanted and he didn't have it, he would download it. Very friendly and accommodating. The drinks were not very good and the bartender (also Gilbert) didn't seem to know much about bar tending. We stayed for a couple of hours and it was dead pretty much the whole time. At one point a small group came in, had a drink, and then left. The emptiness struck me as...odd. Either this place is going to go out of business soon or it does a booming business every night but Friday....? Or it's a front for some sort of illicit business in the back....? I hope I don't get killed for saying that...

The food was mid, the service was meh, the ambiance was great. Live saxophonist and music while eating. Plenty of photo opportunities but I was hoping for better they just couldn't deliver. The food was cold and bland and the frozen machine wasn't working so I was unable to get my preferred drink. Very limited availability on menu items. Waitress was unaccommodating probably because gratuity is automatic. It's not the place for me.

fine dining prices for mediocre food. i ordered the filet and received a ribeye that they wouldn't take off my bill because "the chef" said it was filet. if you know your cuts of meat then it's obvious. also received instant mashed potatoes. at your best, do not order food from here. the musicand drinks are okay.

First I want to say my waitress Jasmine was amazing, she deserves 5 stars.The reason for my one star rating is because of everything else that occured during my meal here. I made a reservation for 2 at 615PM. I was there on time, and the restaurant was empty, so I requested a booth. Or a booth by the bar. The hostess completely ignored me, and sat me at a 5 person table in the back corner. I then watched other parties of 2 get seated at booths or by the bar. I felt discriminated because I wasn't black, so they sat us away from everyone. I ordered the grilled salmon, and it was undercooked. I spoke to the manager, Nathan, and he said he would take care of that plate. However, now looking at my recipe it seems that I paid for a meal I didn't even enjoy.
