King Palace Chinese Restaurant

The restaurant smelled of mold, and the food was cold. Thus place use to be a good place to eat at but things have went down.

First time trying this place me and my daughter were amazed of how much steam was coming off of the hot wheels where they hold their food. The food all taste good very tasty, hot sour soup was the best I've ever had every time I got up to get another platerefilled my drink gave me fresh silverware new straw very clean Restaurant. Very good food. I will be back.

Absolutely disappointed I came for lunch and expected lunch price and didn't realize Valentine's Day was a holiday it wasn't highlighted anywhere it wasn't told it would be dinner price it was just really annoying and not worth it the service was rude the food was disgusting and stale and hard and smelled like sewage in only certain spots of the restaurant a waste of time and money .

We had the opportunity to dine in this establishment last Sunday. Holy tornado! They were packed and crazy busy. We had a fabulous time. Surprisingly, most of the food choices were good and prepared fresh. We loved the sauteed mushrooms, salted fried crabs (heavily seasoned for my taste but very good), fried shrimp, and pretty much everything they served was good. I was amazed at how the staff were able to assist their diners. Needless to say, this is a good family dining to visit.

I dont recommend eating here. The place doesn't look sanitary. The backsplash of the buffet areas are yellowing and look like they haven't been properly cleaned.When we grabbed our plates they were not very clean. They still had stains and food on them. The food was not very good. Everything was either overcooked or undercooked. The noodles tasted like it was boiled in dirty water. Overall I would give this place a zero If I could.

Food was trash !!!!!!!!!!!!! Service was alright . I'm very picky when it comes to Chinese/Asian food but damn this place was nasty . Food was cold. Very bland as well.

Just plain horrible all around. This is coming from someone that enjoys takeout from a small hole in the wall type places. So I'm definitely not picky with Chinese buffet, but this place was just waste of $40 for just me and my husband. I honestly don't know how people were serving themselves huge plates because most of the food is overly salty or not enough flavor. The fried food was prob the only good thing from this, you can't really mess that up. The only thing from the dessert area I liked was the fruit and jello. The little pastries looked too dry. Overall if you do enjoy good Chinese food from takeout places just eat there and don't waste your money here. Not worth it.

Very clean restaurant. Staff very attentive. Food was excellent! It was fresh and well prepared. Soups, chicken & meat dishes were awesome. The desert was amazingThey also have a small variety of sushi which was delicious.

Several of us dined here for lunch last weekend and it had been many years since my last visit. King,Palace is located on the Hwy. 249 frontage road just north of the Willowbrook Mall area. The restaurant has a large parking lot.Inside its big. The restaurant is your traditional Chinese buffet with a large selection of steam table items. Pricing changes depending whether it's lunch or dinner or on the weekends and holidays. I'm not sure if the selection changes. On that Sunday my meal cost without drink was $16. On a weekday for lunch it would have been $12.Everything that I tried was good tasting and hot. I particularly remember the rich tasting egg drop soup. There was plenty of seafood items available and the steam table areas were kept full of food and clean. Table service was prompt and efficient. This restaurant stays busy and serves a lot of people at a time. It's a good Chinese buffet restaurant and I would be happy to return.

The food is not good..when you are seated there are trash bins with food trash throughout the store..you can see inside of them which is just bad..
