Service bad. Sat in non hibachi section & waiter was just not good. He was too busy or overwhelmed by serving 4 or 5 tables. Served bottled beer, no glass. Waiter never came to table. Dirty tablecloths. Ordered appetizer, never arrived. Food was just OK. Do not recommend.

I love kiku. I have never had a bad meal ever. The sushi the steak was tender and scallops were juicy and moist. The veggies were cooked to a delightful crunch. Beware of the fire. When they star off but very good I wish I could tell you all the wonderful dishes I have had but I am tired of typing on my phone in a restaurant. I got pour this YumYum sauce and chow down. It ain't much for looks but it very good

The food is really good that I will give them but the fact that I ordered take out and they forgot my rice was wild. Then after about 20 min I get a call back from the manager who basically said his worker said I was lying they gave me rice but after review of the camera he had to apologize and he did but still I was upset review first next time

The good :service and the amount of you received.The bad: the taste of the food ( I couldn't eat the fried rice, the yum- yum sauce was horrible. My first time there and probably my last, the place was clean. I had the filet and chicken.

The food is good but the service at the bar is lacking. The sushi chefs don't take order so you have to wait for a waiter. It was a slow Sunday and took a server so long to come over i assumed we were suppose to be ordering with the sushi chef for him to tell me what i just informed you guys of... the server would take an order and leave for 15-20 minutes at a time. The first time he left to put in drinks. I saw the bartender put out my drink and i watched it die for 20 minutes as the server was no where to be found. He came to see if we were ready to put in food and i asked about my drink and he looked up and said oh it's out.... We took 15m to eat and it took him even longer to come back to check in us then bring the check in 3 minutes and cash us out even more than quickly. AND THEY GET GRATUITY REGARDLESS! Smh at least match the service to the gratuity. Bro was not 18% worthy. The vibe was family vibes. Kids banging in the drum at the front, people on dates, babies crying etc.

The food was great. Flavourful and enough to satisfy our hanger . The thing we appreciated most about the taste, was we added some sauce gradually to the meal it was further enhanced. Not over powering and at the same time complimented the dish very tastefully. We had the rice and veg with steak. As far as service went , it was the highlight of our meal. Our server, DITA TRINO, was professional, attentive, polite , and helpful. Helpful...meaning in explaining the sauces , and any questions we had about the menu.The Ambiance was welcoming , from the gentleman who opened the door and welcomed us into the restaurant , to the cleanliness of the place, it was wonderful. We will surely return if JESUS CHRIST spares our lives. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. We had put our phones away to enjoy our dinning experience. In the future we will be sure to have photos taken, if possible with our server DITA TRINO also. Thank again on behalf of myself and wife.

Worst experience ever! Ordered takeout salmon fried rice. Got home and it was vegetable rice no salmon. Called the store to report it and spoke with person that placed my order in person. She hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another employee that asked me to come back for replacement and that I could keep the incorrect dish. I explained I couldn't come back today and that I wanted money for the difference of the rice. She stated I had to come in person with my card and ask for her by name to get my refund and also stated she would note it. 5 minutes later I receive a phone call from her explaining that she spoke with the Manager and I would have to bring the dish back in order to get a refund even if it is spoiled. So you get my order wrong, inconvenience me and the expectation is to bring the dish back to prove to you salmon is missing.I only asked for the difference. Epic failure regarding customer service
