Kiko Japan Express

I've eaten here a few times and while I''ve only ordered vegetable dishes, I have enjoyed them. My food has always arrived quickly, fresh and with generous portions. The store was clean and the staff was accommodating. Would return again.

The food is good. However, when ordering pickup online, the site told us that the order would be ready in a certain amount of minutes. When my husband arrived to the restaurant, he had to wait MUCH longer than what the site told us. They were very unorganized, working off of one small tablet gathering orders. They even forgot part of out order and luckily my husband checked the bag before he left and told them. Everyone was nice. They were just very unorganized and untimely.Also, do not buy the crab rangoons. They are all hard stale dough and no filling.

the food is always good. the staff is always fast and friendly. the place is always clean and tidy. we have been coming to Kiko's for years.

So I stopped here one Sunday evening. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant itself was very clean. I ordered hibachi chicken and steak.... (no mushrooms and no broccoli) and hibachi chicken (with just fried rice) for my son. My son's order was perfect. Mine was not. They gave me broccoli and no onions. Not what I asked for at all. After picking the broccoli out I realized how skimpy the meat was. The flavor of the meat was subpar. It definitely is not worth $10. I won't be coming back.

Well, it's clean and the staff are very friendly.My food was hot and not bland.... but ramen noodles!?! Lol ramen noodles!? Ramen is not soba. Soba is not ramen. I know they're both noodles, but they're pretty different concepts. Haha. Luckily, I do like ramen... but y'all should probably be calling this fried noodles instead of soba. I'm sure not a lot of people here know the difference... but this is not legit soba. It's a little misleading. And I paid like $8 for this... lol ramen noodles cost like 30 cents, so I probably won't buy this again.I would probably come back and try something else though. Like I said, it's clean and the staff are nice.

Cooks do not wear gloves when cooking and handle chicken, meat, and seafood bare handed and do not wash their hands between cooking of these items. I believe this is a violation of ServSafe rules. Especially when cooking for elderly patrons and children under 12 yrs of age. Possibly needs to be checked by Health officials.

They need better seasoning and ACTUAL Japanese cooks the sushi taste like the ones u get at target

My meals total was $21.95 with tax, but because I used my card (Visa/debit) I was charged an additional $6.78. This is ridiculous! Never patronizing that place again. I've had better foods.

The quality is not worth the food. They say it's noodles but it's ramen. Unfortunately they also charge for any sauces

Ordered hibachi steak, problem no steak on order. Going across the street from now on.
