Kid Sister A Wine Bar

Made reservations after seeing this on Tik Tok for 7pm on a Monday, and I'm glad I did! There is a small parking lot, but we had to street park and walk over as it was full. It's a smaller space so I think reservations for sure. Upon walking in loved the atmosphere. Very minimal but colorful decor - very trendy. The space is kind of tight and pretty loud so be prepared to kind of yell. There is a highly coveted lounge area with like a couch in addition to bar, table, and booth seating. The staff was top tier very attentive and knowledgeable. I'm not a big wine person and they walked me through the menu. I ordered Pan Con Tomate with optional Anchovies, a white wine, a kalimoxto, and a spritz. Everything was great . The only downside is the price of the food. The pan con tomate was $10 for essentially 2 pieces of bread which to be fair I really liked. However, I just find it hard to justify that price even if ingredients are quality or locally sourced. You could legit eat both pieces in 2 bites each. Also the tomato in my opinion seemed not that fresh possibly even canned? The bread was top tier though, and the Anchovies were great. Multiple people checked up on my table throughout the meal and everyone was fantastic though besides that.

Exterior was simple and cute, made me feel like I was in LA. Interior was aesthetic as well, very colorful and quirky. It's a pretty small and cozy space that would be perfect for girl groups. Our server was very nice and helpful, she let us sample wine before committing to one. I'm not a big drinker but I really enjoyed the kalimoxto and the spritz. They were very light drinks, couldn't really taste the alcohol. The spritz was the perfect balance of sweet, bitter, and fresh. I normally hate red wine the kalimoxto (Mexican coke and red wine) was really good, kind of tasted like grape juice. We ordered the pan con tomate with anchovies to snack on, which I was kind of disappointed by. The tomato tasted kind of dull and it was pretty expensive for two pieces of bread.Overall, I really loved the vibe and the drinks. I didn't try too much of the food so I don't think I can say too much on that, but I would come back for the atmosphere. Service was great too.

Changing small plates menu, great wine selection plus a few beers. We have tried maybe six small plates, and loved each of them. Last time, we tried steelhead trout. Perfectly fileted, perfectly cooked. The beet salad I had was delicious. Small dining room, a little noisy (mostly hard surfaces), bar with maybe 8 stools, sofa abd chairs at one end, silent b&w movies projected on the wall. Friendly, helpful staff. We have already recommended Kid Sister to friends.

Food: we ordered the almond cake and it was okay Service: Dej was super nice and so helpful! Drinks: I ordered one of the white wines by the glass and it was delicious! I wish they had more wine by the glass options. Flight option could be cool too so you can try various Ambiance: very cute place, great for dates or a glass of wine before or after dinner Misc: not too much parking, prices were very high, $24 for a sandwich and $10 for a piece of toast with tomato on it. Definitely wouldn't eat here

Came for tapas and drinks - amazing!!! We had 2 of everything - great selection of seasonal dishes through the end of June! Service was great, food came out quickly, incredible ambiance. I am not a big fish gal but I tried both fish dishes and they were great! Highlights - Pane tomate , olives, andouille sausage croquettes!!! , whipped cream fraiche !!!! Orange wine!! Great new spot! Highly recommend

This place is incredible! Zac, Court and Isaac have brought the Parisian wine bar experience to Phoenix. The aesthetic of the restaurant is phenomenal. Zac is also super knowledgeable and willing to help guide you through their selection. I'll definitely be back to get further into their food menu. Honestly such a welcome addition to the Phoenix dining scene!

From the service to the food, this spot does not disappoint! It's a must with your best girlfriends or a date night out, the owners take serious pride in their menu, food sourcing and wine selection and its shows in every element and bite! I highly recommend ordering several things and sharing to get the full experience!

The food menu is limited but everything we tried was delicious. We went on a Friday night and it was packed but the service was wonderful. I'd definitely recommend going here, however, it's fairly small so I wouldn't go with a large party.
