I ordered my food through doordash while at work and I was very pleased with the service. I could not be more greatful for fresh good food. It arrived on time and fresh

When you pay cash, they do not give you your change or a receipt which, to my knowledge, are illegal business practices. When I asked for my change, she gave it, but only when I asked for it and she just held it by the drive-thru takeout window. I had to twist my damaged hips. One recently operated on for hip replacement surgery, the other waiting hip replacement surgery. The pain was intense. A day later I am still experiencing pain from that. The disc recently implanted could have slipped out. She refused to provide a receipt. All other businesses provide receipts. They refused. All other businesses give the change. Isn't keeping it stealing? She provided it when asked, but only when asked and only by causing me to do harm to myself to get it. What kind of business is this?

This is the worst KFC in the WORLD! I've only been here 3 times, I don't usually YELP about Fast Food; because....it's just fast food.First of all the service is always dry af! Borderline rude; but it's FAST FOOD!! Them bitches are always rude (except for Chick-Fil-A) Second, there's always a wait for chicken! Wtf don't y'all ever have chicken ready?! Plus if you tell them no ice, they fill the cup halfway like this is a barThis time will be the last time I visit this location! Not even because of the above; but the broad at the window had a stank attitude when I asked for honey and I got home which is literally across the street and my food was old and cold! Never. Again.

The worst chickens I ever had. They were old and stale. It was clearly they had been out cold for long time. The only warm was the smashing potatoes. I want to support the local businesses by ordering out sometimes but if they keep producing these underquality food, how can they expect us to come back!!

I ordered popcorn chicken box, and got those in raw. Not undercooked, but literally RAW chicken. Tried to call them, no one picked up. Tried the customer service via facebook and website, no one's reaching out. Just asked to leave my information. This is crazy!! No wonder no one comes here and there's 1.5 star review. I wished I checked the review before I came here. Literally, WORST place ever!

Stopped by this location on Mason Road and ordered a 12 piece family dinner... Asked if I could have all dark meat and was told I could, but there would be an additional charge, which was fine... Was also asked did I want regular or spicy and I told the person to mix it half-and-half... I also asked that the chicken be cooked from scratch. I did not want chicken that had been sitting around and wanted a fresh batch... I was told this was not a problem and I said that's fine, I will park and wait that additional time...they told me it cost $37... I pulled up to the window and they immediately handed me out my order... I told the young man that I had ordered fresh chicken and I did not want chicken that had already been cooked and he assured me that it was FRESH, that they had just cooked it! To which I told him there's no way anybody's gonna cook 12 pieces of chicken in the time it took me to drive 30 feet up to the window and that that was NOT fresh cooked to MY ORDER!!!The young man just kept hanging out the window with the food, so I just took it and drove off. Of course, when I got home, it was not all dark meat. It was a breast, wings, legs and thighs mixture (no one in our family eats white meat, so those pieces were completely wasted) and it was all regular, there wasn't any spicy chicken at all and to make it EVEN WORSE, it was greasy and cold. The corn was dry, and there was not a drop of moisture in it. The mashed potatoes were bland and cold.... after putting some milk with the mac & cheese and a spoon or two of heavy cream and some Lawery's, then the mac & cheese was edible and the biscuits were very good they were fresh... But the dinner was definitely NOT worth $37 and what really made me mad was the kid was just telling me a complete lie to my face, that the food was fresh cooked... If they didn't wanna cook it fresh, they should've just said that they couldn't do it and I would've gone somewhere else that could... Definitely will not be going back ever! I even tried to call, but they never picked up the phone. It just rang and rang... A bunch of kids in there and supervise and definitely not doing their jobs and obviously do not care about the restaurant or their customers. Very very disappointing especially in this day and age that I wasted $37 of my hard earned money on a bag of trash... KFC used to be a really good place to get chicken but that is definitely not the case and I will never go back and we'll go to Popeyes down the street instead from now on!***They also DONT give you a receipt for your order!‍Very shady place run by a bunch of teenagers!

The prior reviews were on-point. I felt the same way for many reasons. I was compelled to try again post renovation and because of the Diablo IV promotion. Oh yeah, I am a gamer. I ordered the Chicken Pot Pie and it was was really good. The crust was flaky and it looked like it was fresh out of the oven. It tasted good as it looked. The pot pie gravy had a good mix of chicken and vegetables and definitely had a traditional taste, almost home-made.NOTE: If you want the Diablo IV points, you need to get the chicken sandwich and ordered through the app or online I docked 1 star since there was little to no AC for Dine-in

I ordered a bucket of 8 pieces of just chicken (7:30 pm on 15 Apr 24) for $20.00 and change...and when I arrived home 10 minutes later... only to see that the chicken was very greasy (dripping and soggy) and a few pieces were re-dipped into the grease and exhibited a darker color (brown) not golden. When I tried to reach out to establishment to talk to the MOD (manager on duty)... rec'd no answer and at one point the call was disconnected.... I would advise NOT to eat nor order chicken from this establishment (Katy, Tx... S. Mason location).

Food was good.. can't complain per my last 2 visits. I'd eat here again. food was hot.

Wish I could give zero stars. How can you not have crispy chicken. It is on your menu. You suck!!!! Went to Popeyes for chicken instead. KFC is not a good business anymore. Totally gone to the dogs!!!!!
