This location is the worst ever, and after several attempts to "forgive and forget" it continues to have poor, negative management/staff customer service. Whatever happened to taking pride in your work, and the company you represent, it starts with training. Sadly, when you have a manager that has no training or has no interest in training their staff to benefit the sales, this manager does a disservice to the franchise owner. Speaking clearly, being kind and respectful is what is missing at this location. Not to mention they are ALWAYS out of something! I strongly recommend a change in management, and maybe then the menu items may be available and the staff wont be so rude when a customer gets frustrated when hearing "we're out of that"So long to an old time favorite

This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell I have ever been to.The drive through takes forever. Rarely do they have what is on the menu. How does a KFC never have all the chicken on the menu? Today, I thought I would try Taco Bell. When I saw that the drive through had given me the wrong order, I went inside. I was met with a terrible attitude from the Manager, who felt that I was lucky that he gave me my correct change and pointed to where the cups were. When I asked for his name for the complaint hotline, he refused to tell me and I noticed his name tag was pinned to the side of his cap. I have never been inside that KFC and don't know how I was expected to know the drink cups next to the register were self serve. When the staff turn their backs on me and I was left to figure out who was handling my change, I felt the condescension.

The absolute worst establishment in the city. To start off I went through the drive through & ordered the Nashville tenders combo, the ladie barks at me and says, 'I need a number', so I gave her k15. I then ask if my food can be fresh? She then tells me it's always fresh, which is a complete lie, bcuz I've had plenty of old cold food from this same location. At this point I didn't even want the food, so I decided to back out of the drive through. Before I left I noticed a lil short Hispanic ladie come out the black door & gave me the middle finger. Very unprofessional at the least. I will never stop here again. I'll gladly spend my $$$$ at Popeyes, where they don't get mad if you ask for fresh food!!!!!

So, I get the DEALS on the App!!! Well worth it! ;) $10/ 8 pc dark or white..$10/ box of tenders...Goes to feed family with sides i make at home! Service is great! They are spot on! Ambiance is great! I am usually outside when the children are asleep in the car but there is a parking space to do quick pick up.

Not to be confused with Kentucky Fired Kicking, which is a place where people lose their jobs for using kickboxing tactics on co-workers in Louisville, Lexington or Bowling Green.If you want some cheap crappy Chicken, this is the place to come. We both prefer Popeyes and wish there was Popeyes here, especially for their chicken sandwiches, but this isn't too bad, except that the last time we came here everything tasted stale and cold.

Ordered 2 pc with mashed and diet coke. Out of diet so ordered unsweet tea. Even said unsweet on the receipt. The sweet tea was so sweet I couldn't drink it. The 2nd pc of chicken was a wing. The 1st was a large chicken beast, it was good. Mashed potatoes were good. Thankfully they did not put gravy on the mashed potatoes. The biscuit was too dry. I have no idea why they gave me 10 packets of ketchup. It would have nice to have some butter for the biscuit.

I'm not into chain fast food of any kind. I haven't been to that KFC for years but I was driving down Longpoint and suddenly chicken sounded good. I ordered 2 original thighs and 3 tenders. It came to 19 bucks. I questioned the cashier - who didn't seem to really speak English. She got the manager who assured me it was right. I realize now that tenders aside, they had purposely padded the bill. I asked him to break it down and the problem was the tenders so I asked him to take them off. I paid and took it home. The skin was disturbingly dark and really hard. I tried to eat it. Never again. The colonel would be rolling over in his grave. No quality control what's so ever. No customer service what's so ever.That used to be a pretty good operation years ago. There was a manager/ franchisee who was on site and seemed to care. When my kids were young it was a good spot. Something for everyone. Never again
