Yesterday was the last time my family will ever eat at this location. The chicken breasts were dripping grease and extremely dry. Not to mention the sides of mashed potatoes, coleslaw and mac and cheese tasted spoiled or turning. KFC's changing menu is a giant disappointment. It is sad to see they have removed grilled chicken, popcorn chicken meals and anything decent to drink. This was an app ordered drive-thru pick up. I will say this trip the service was much better than usual as previously experienced at this location. Staff was friendly, order completely correct and delivered very timely. Previous visits not so much. So thank you to the staff working the evening of 5/1/23. You were the only positive aspect of this dining experience.

Disgusting!!!!!! The most unbelievable thing just happened to me at this location. With everything going on in the world with Coronavirus this is the last thing that I wanted to happen to my family, myself or to anyone. My family decides to go to KFC because we just didn't feel like cooking for dinner. So we get the family bucket of chicken to go. My family gets home I let everyone fix there plate then I go to make mine. I look for a drumstick because they are my favorite, I pick it up put it on my plate then put some hot sauce on it. Then I go to the table to sit I am just about to bite into my drumstick to find it has already been bitten into. So I first ask my family who consist of my stepfather and my mother who did this ? They replayed no we didn't eat anything on the way here we are just now opening the food at home. I am in shock and in such discussed I proceeded to call the location and asked to speak to the manager to tell them that someone has bitten into a piece of our chicken and put it in our bucket and sending us home with it. Its unacceptable and instead of just handling it saying I understand your concern or saying I'm so sorry. She goes on to tell me that it's the meat falling of the Bone!!!! You don't even know what I'm looking at how can you tell me what it is, is my response to her. Then she tells me there's no way somebody would have never bitten the piece of chicken and put it in the bucket, that it's the chicken meat falling off the bone and that I don't know what I'm seeing. So YELP I'll let you I'll be the judge of what a bite mark looks like on a drumstick because I clearly feel I know the difference between meat falling off the bone and somebody bitting into it. On a sidenote people also don't need to be licking bluebell ice cream at grocery stores but they still do because their irresponsible and not considering what's going on around them so what makes your Employees so different!!!! I'm so upset right now and so hurt and sad and I don't mean to have such a rant I give everybody the benefit of a doubt. I even told her that under normal circumstances I would've just thrown that piece of chicken away and just moved on with my life but my parents are both over the age of 70 and it's not acceptable!!!!

Doesn't matter if you're ordering a drink or a whole feast for your family, prepare to pull over into the parking lot and wait. I go here often cause this is the closest KFC to my house and 9 times out of 10 I have to wait. That's at 11am when they open, Noon during lunch hour, and at night right before they close...5 minutes at least. KFC keep the "Now Hiring" Sign in your window so you can have a staff - like goddamn LOL The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars is because they haven't messed up my order. Which they shouldn't since they take two years to bring it out.....

You can always tell when a location is owner operated. Request your food be prepared fresh. Otherwise you'll get last week's chicken. Request napkins, ketchup, sauces, utensils and whatever else you may need. They apparently have a 'no ask, no provide' policy. Do not leave the drive thru without checking your order. Won't be back.

I went in for lunch with a coworker. I really wanted to try the new chicken wraps. I ended up getting the 2 wrap combo with coleslaw and an extra side of mashed potatoes. My coworker got the 3 pc grilled combo with fries & coleslaw. Our food was okay, I liked the spicy sauce on the wrap. The mashed potatoes were good & the coleslaw was a little watery. The guy at the counter seemed friendly but we didn't have a good customer experience. He took orders & was almost robotic. We didn't get an initial greeting, when we started to order he said "for here or to go?" When we said it was for here, he asked "okay, so what can I get you" the restaurant is a little rundown. There were no medium cup lids and the sauce packets were busted and sticky.

Gave them another try.They had a "family"meal...6 piece chicken and 4 sides with 4 biscuits for $20.Sounded good Let me tell to the chicken was so small,one big breast and the other 5 pieces were so small,2 legs was like 1 ,the wing was a joke!never saw thighs that small.Only thing good I can say is that everything was hot and just made.

We ordered here last year inside and waited over 25 min to get the food. So stupid me who thought I would give them another try. Well it's been 30 min. Still waiting and there are 12 other people inside while no concern for speed. This is the last time we come here ever. This place is awful. If you want chicken with a huge wait then this is your place. Who would have assumed they would have chicken ready at a chicken restaurant. Save your money and go somewhere else. And I'm still waiting after composing this review.... And waiting

Ordered delivery and driver had wait almost half an hour. For a 2 pc Combo & Famous Bowl. Phone number displayed didn't work when I attempted to contact, phone line sounded a busy signal.

Got my food via Uber before the expected time! Yay! I was a staving Marvin & the food was nice & hot & tasted great!

Save yourself some time. 20 minutes to get fast food is too long. They have you pull up and park and continue taking orders
