I finally decided no to go there . its is waste of my money and time.most problem is the Inconsistency. the chicken is old ( fried long time before), packing wrong food ( breast instead thigh) , limpy fires, smashed biscuit ,not listening to customer verbiage.the only good thing is the coleslaw and mashed potato.

Hey guys, I just wanted an order of your piping hot and fresh French fries. I've already forgiven yall for parting with the potato wedges which I loved. Every now and then a girl needs an order of fries.Service was so-so but they seemed like they didn't want me there. I went through drive thru.Anyhow, the fries tasted like the tail end of a pig. No exaggeration at all. If you've ever lived in the country and smelled a pig truck go by, imagine what it tasted like. It made me want to urp! I had to spit it out and swish water in my mouth and spit that out too. Absolutely putrid! I didn't know they used lard to fry their food. It must have been pld. No more !!!

October 22, 2022Don't waste your time or money here...The service was broken English, so my food order was not correct.The crispy chicken was under cooked, and the mashed potatoes with gravy was not eatable.All the floors & tables were sticky.None of the employees were friendly. Drove through for lunch today. Ordered the 2 piece dark meat meal, plus tenders and nashville hot wings. The cashier was friendly and prompt. No issues with the service here. What I'm more concerned about is the quality of their food. It seems to be declining! The tenders used to be huge, juicy, and very crispy. Now they are flat, dry, and overly salty. I read somewhere that they are no longer hand battered and have switched to frozen premade to cut costs and time. Gross.The fried chicken is also less crispy and smaller. And they got rid of their wedges!!! What in the world? Guess I'll be frequenting my local Popeye's now...

Yeah, this location is pretty sus, so I made sure it was daytime when I went. We got in and lady name Deanna was helping us out, she didn't know how to operate the register and couldn't take our order. She got another lady name Monica, who had "operations trainee" on her badge, to help her out. Too bad for Monica, as she was visibly annoyed that Deanna couldn't even take an order. She was already cooking orders on the line, taking togo orders, packing and other things. Deanna was just getting in the way and was CONFIDENTLY WRONG at each step. It made me feel anxious, nervous and a bit annoyed as this was taking alot longer than it should haveWe ordered a family pack and luckily, the order was fine. We took it and left. Clearly there are confidently incompetent's people at this location. Will think twice before going again.

Ordered a chicken sandwich received a few tiny tenders. Fries were stale. All in all a bad experience not to be repeated. You can't give the company feedback without a ton of personal information my guess to keep from receiving and doing anything to fix the issues.
