KFC

3 stars for giving me a breast and thigh when I clearly said wing and breast. My wife ate the thigh so it didn't go to waste. The guy that ordered before me wanted a breast and thigh.

If I could give a half star, I would They got my order wrong, and the manager was Rude She grabbed the box of chicken from my wife hand and charged us extra cash for them, getting the order wrong She did not know I understood Spanish they got the other person that was in line order wrong also the chicken was burnt and had the nerve to be confrontational Would rather go hungry

I feel compelled to share by experience from today. You see, I have childhood memories of KFC being great. My father would buy KFC nearly every mother's day so my mom wouldn't have to cook dinner. It wasn't the best, but we all enjoyed it. Today was very different. I want to the KFC on Louetta and 249 (for the first time in about 5 years). I downloaded the app and ordered ahead. We arrived, and they told me that my order had already been picked up - but I am me, and I didn't get it. They said they'd re-make it - no problem. I asked for for our cups. The drink machine looked like a disaster and was in serious need of deep-cleaning. I pushed the ice-dispenser and got 2 ice cubes AND AN ORANGE BALLPOINT PEN FELL INTO MY CUP. I'm not even joking! I walked to the counter, my stomach in knots, now, as I contemplated germs mixing around all of the ice in the dispenser. I really wanted to take a picture, but the lady at the counter took it and threw it in the trash before I could. My daughter had black flecks in her cup after dumping her ice out. Every table and seat in the restaurant had crumbs and/or grease on it. We cleaned our own table to eat at. The floors were dirty, and the parking lot matched the inside of the restaurant with trash everywhere. Besides giving me their "classic" rather than their "spicy" chicken sandwich as I had ordered, and not giving us all the cookies we ordered, the food looked old. My individual mashed potatoes and gravy had old and crusty gravy all around the edges. Word to the wise: pull off the crunchy skin to see what is underneath before you take a bite. The meat was minimal, and somehow I got a bunch of backbone and a good lung nugget to boot! Gross! Oh, and they never apologized for the ballpoint pen in their ice/my cup. They just got me a new cup. How kind. Bottom line: avoid this KFC if you want to live

This is the worst location. Me and my fiancé order some chicken and their chicken tasted like rubber and the tea was also disgusting. When we brought it to the attention they said they were busy. So from here and out no more rubber chicken .

The food was delicious and hot and they gave me big pieces of chicken. The lady that gave me my food was really nice I could tell she was when she asked me for my order. She put a smile on my face. Line was empty I don't know why as I didn't have anything wrong with my order. Will be back in the future. Ohhhh and the biscuits were fluffy and cooked as they should I used to get hard burnt bread but no these were nice fluffy and buttery. My kids were fighting over them lol.

Yup. This place still sucks. I keep giving it try once a year or so to see if they've changed and it disappoints every time. People are waking out because there's nobody at the counter. And then we have to wait 20min for chicken. SMH. Do they anticipate nobody to come and buy chicken? Can't have any ready to serve? Such a waste of time.

Mark this one in the 'if I could give 0 stars I would' category. Been to this location a few times with no real issue besides having to pull up front and wait for my order. Hesitated to go again after reading all the bad reviews but my son wanted nuggets from KFC. Drove up and was told they don't have nuggets, I would have to wait, then oh wait we don't have them at all. I ordered a tender meal and 8 piece meal. Cashier told me to pull up front per usual. After about 10 minutes I see a worker come out with two bags of food and asks me what I ordered and I told him exactly what I ordered and he looked at me in shock as if I read a completely different order he walks to the car behind me and I see the lady tell him her order and he walks back to me. To my disbelief, the worker asks if I ordered the tenders and 8 piece meal. I tell him yes and he tells his manager or someone in his earpiece nevermind I found the person. I tell him I gave you my exact order 3 minutes ago and you walked away, his response was 'yeah' and walks back into the store. Food was garbage. The chicken skin was soggy and falling apart. The chicken looked like someone used their hands and rubbed all the batter and skin until it fell off and broke into pieces. They did leave me a nice present of a feather on my chicken wing for extra flavoring and forgot my gravy for my mashed potatoes. SMH. $42 worth of food and 2 napkins and no utensils. Never again.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! From the service to the food! I do not know how this place is even open I wish I would have read reviews before I went there. The food was absolutely terrible. The chicken was gross. Famous bowl was dried out like it had been sitting there for God knows how long. Instead of chicken being Crispy it was soggy and slimy! I used to love their cole slaw but it was sour tasting and just down right horrible! And to top it of the drinks were all gross Dr Pepper. Pepsi, and Mountain Dew.... I don't eat KFC often and I definitely will not go back here. The health department should go here SND I GUARANTEE they would be shut down so fast.

The person listed on my receipt says Osvaldo. Not sure if this is the correct person, but the cashier was beyond rude! There apparently is an up charge for white meat on their two piece combo, but that was not disclosed until I was at the window. She gave me my drink with soda spilled all over the sides and was extremely curt when I asked for napkins to wipe it down myself. When I asked for ketchup and honey she gave two packets each which I guess was supposed to be sufficient for my order. I asked for more ketchup and she glared at me as barked "What do you want?!" I have never experienced such unprovoked blatant rudeness from a fast food worker in my life. The food was okay and up tp par as KFC brand, but combined with her service made the entire experience disgusting!

absolutely sub-par. I asked for a 12 pc dark, this was at 8:25 "we don't have enough for a 12 pc, we only have chicken tenders" I said ok, can you just give me the dark you have mixed WITH the tenders? A gentleman (or lack thereof) grabs the mic from the female who was helping me and exclaims "maam! it's either all chicken or all tenders!". I said ok, so you have white meat then..? no response, completely ignored, I sat behind 3 cars just so I could wait to get out of the line. if you want KFC, drive 1/2. mile further up the road to Louetta and Jones, the customer service is always great, food always hot, THEY DONT RUN OUT OF CHICKEN AT 8:00.
