I decided to try this location out one more time after over a year of not going because of my last encounter. I place my order online. Arrived at the location and was greeted and told my order was being prepared. A few moments later I was given my order and went home. As soon as I unpacked everything, I realized they forgot to give me one of the combos I ordered. I drove all the way back because that was my daughters meal and she wouldn't have eaten the other items we purchased.How do you forget a item from an online order that is clearly noted on your computer screen? It blows my mind that this location continues to let me down a year after my last visit. Guess I might need to wait two years next time.

NO STAR DESERVED!! Be careful opening your KFC box so that your high-priced, salty original chicken don't spill from the bottom. On a whim and hunger I stopped to get take out (Not again and will definitely save my $$ and cook at home.

Horrible service. They forgot my cookie and my biscuits. No silverware. Young girl on the cashier was nice but the one taking orders was rude. Can't ask a question without getting attitude. Wow. Food was okay. There famous bowl was not good.

Very disappointed in my visit here! What a mess. First, the drive-thru was malfunctioning so I was asked to order inside. I then waited 25 minutes for my food because they forgot about my order! (How does that happen?) All I ordered was a sandwich combo, keep in mind. Second, the unsweetened tea was warm! I ended up throwing it away. Third, there were no straws or lids anywhere in the place! Had to ask for it. Fourth! Yes, 4th- My sandwich was sloppy and sad. See image. They hardly put any sauce on it. The only reason for me giving any stars at all is because the shift leader was doing her best to manage the lunch crowd, was apologetic about my order, and KFC chicken tastes really good. They also threw in some free chicken tenders for my inconvenience.

I stumbled in here on a mission for a pot pie & peach cobbler (got that somewhere else), and-was-HUNGRY. Went through the drive thru only to be told its not work right now :/ Bummer. Not the thing you really wanna hear when you're starving. To add to it, there was a small line inside the lobby that I waited patiently in. When I got to the front I was told with much regret the last pot pie had been sold. I could've cried. How could this get any worse? Why the 4 stars you maybe asking. But the front cashier gave me hope by saying she'll have to drop some more. They had been short staff (thus the reason for closing the drive thru), and she offered to give me a free pot pie with my order. The other front cashier offered me free drink for the long wait (22 minutes to be exact). :D I was happy at this point. Their staff took what could've been an awful experience & turned it all around for the sake of customer service.I even saw the manager give an on the spot interview to a young man who saw an opportunity to apply. Impressive! Since I had some time to kill, it gave me the opportunity to check emails, texts, etc.I must say I was impressed with the staff and their family like interaction. They made each customer feel special and tended to.

I think this is my 3rd time to this location, and I can't believe all the negative reviews... Every time I have been here, they are fast and super friendly!! Last time I came, they didn't have biscuits ready, but they let me have something in its place... I chose a cookie and was happy with it. Please give them a chance, in the future, if they change, I will update my review, but for now, I stand by my review, because they've shown me nothing different. I love this location and the friendly people that work there. I appreciate how nice they are, when I'm coming home, after a hard day at work. The chicken is tasty-tasty! Great customer service.

I order online when they opened . I came here to say that the morning crew was so sweet and made all of my food fresh, but I also understand that maybe it was easier to cook fresh food with good customer service because they had just opened. Either way I still commend them and wanted to off nana once some of the terrible reviews on this location I got: Chicken Drum Famous bowl New Korean BBQ nuggets And the blackberry lemonade Everything was to my satisfaction!

If I can give no stars or half a star, that would be the actual rating. Workers think they own the KFC itself, you either follow their own rules to order food or you aren't getting anything. Worst KFC, and worst employees.
