I love this place. Their lamb chops are awesome. ! The food is always on point and I love the rice. Everything about them is good just about!

Absolutely NOT!!!! I've been eyeing this place on DoorDash for the longest... I finally decided to give them a try and I was surprised how awful my meal was. I ordered Mac and yams but got two sides of Mac... which they could've kept because it was dry and not appetizing at all. The fish must've shriveled up as soon as it hit the oil because it's no way... The pieces were baby small and just salty af--Tasted like I had more salt than fish. The rice was unnecessary, although it was probably the only tasty thing that came in that box. I highly recommend NOT coming here or ordered from DoorDash... This business needs to start over.

This is a complete disgrace,$18.00 for this burnt cold fish, that was cooked in the same dirty oil with the chicken that was also burnt and dried out, I ordered whole chicken wings they sent me 5 hard burnt wing dings. This food is no where near restaurant quality food , they need to be ashamed of themselves for selling food that look like and taste like that a homeless dog wouldn't even eat that crap. And the customer service sucks. I call to complain and the young lady who answered the phone said you can bring it back, knowing good and darn well it was a DoorDash delivery. This wasn't the first incident but I tried to support black businesses and give the store a 2nd chance well this was a lesson learned the hard way, if the food and services sucks the first time don't go back ...

I'm sorry but this platter is not worth the cost at ALL!!! My chicken was fried with fish fry, they gave me a tiny snoop of Mac & cheese & the seafood salad is not giving that at all!!!!! Terrible taste all around . If I paid with card I'd dispute the order!! This is ridiculous. I'm drunk but I'm not drunk enough to ignore this food! Smfh very disappointed

Awesome hidden gem in NE Philly! We got delivery. It arrived in a timely manner. Price was really reasonable for the huge amount of food you get with the platters! The food was really delicious. I got the jerk fried chicken platter with greens and yam! Amazing! Really delicious! The jerk seasoning on the chicken was good and matched really well with the Thai sauces and cheese sauce. Their yellow rice which comes with the platter goes really well with the yam and greens. Highly rec! Can't wait to try their seafood platters next time!

Had it for the first time, location was nice, the food was presented well and tasted good overall. The lemon pepper seasoning I requested to be added was a bit strong in flavor but again I asked for it. I would to back to try something else for sure. Oh I had the wings platter with Mac and cheese as well as the yams and it came with yellow rice which I could have passed in but it was ok.

This is a really great establishment. Quite small yet very welcoming. The staff is very nice and attentive to anything you are interested in. The staff was also nice enough to let me and my friends eat our food in the restaurant while also watching a Sixers game. I felt really welcomed and I felt like I didn't want to leave. I can't wait to see where this establishment goes within the coming years. I can't wait to visit again! Thank you.

My family's first visit and it will be our last. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait. I'm a very patient person until I'm lied to! We ended up waiting 40 minutes for two platters! They were full of excuses! They only had one cook and the cashier ended up going in the back to assist the cook! Horrible customer service! A reputable place would have offered us something for our wait. The food was below average. Mac and cheese was awful. What was supposed to be elbow noodles looked like broken overcooked noodles and taste like welfare cheese. My asparagus was so overcooked it wilted. I was really shocked by how awful the food and overall experience was given this place has over 16K IG followers. And I really wanted to support a black owned business. But it won't be this one! They got me this time but never again.

Mac n cheese was grease no flavor.Place is dirty inside.2 display case with trash inside of it.I won't be back.

half star food was ok but shit took a hour and some change for a salmon cheesesteak and fries, and shawty at the cash register got a bad attitude like she hate her job , couldn't get nothing to drink if i wanted to cuz the fridge ain't got shit in it
