Kazumi Sushi

Just WOW! This my second time here and my boyfriend's third. We've been to many sushi spots in Denver of our 7 years living here, and i officially have a favorite spot and it's Kazumi!I don't leave a lot of reviews, but the staff here are so amazing and the food so good, i feel like i need to tell everyone how amazing this place is. We love getting the salmon and tuna sushi, but my boyfriend is OBSESSED with the eel. I got the golden moments roll, and demolished it completely hence the photo of just the one haha. We prefer sitting at the sushi bar because of the massive TV and we love watching the talented chefs making the sushi. We saw a dish that looked yummy and we asked what it was - he ended up giving us a sample of it! It was so good and will be ordering the yellowtail and jalapeño dish next. 11/10!

I loved this food. I received take-out from this sushi place after a friend recently went and raved about the food and the family that runs this place.I ordered the Yellowtail Jalapeno a salmon roll and a spicy tuna roll.The Yellowtail Jalapeno was beautifully presented with sliced jalapenos and tomato and was bathed in what I guess was a ponzu sauceThe tuna and salmon rolls were pretty standard but very fresh.The woman on the phone was exceptionally friendly as wa the gentleman who brought the food.I am so glad this place came, welcome to the neighborhood!

The freshness of the sushi was superb. The carafe of saki was very generous.Presentation was, for a sushi place, kind of basic. I thought the service was excellent. We will be back for sure.

Solid sushi, cheerful service, an attractive space. The spicy edamame was a great starter!

DELICIOUS! The sea trout Nigiri was the best nigiri I've ever had...and I eat a TON of nigiri! The decor is adorable, the restaurant is clean and cute. Would be great for a date night. Service was fast, and all the staff was personable. Will absolutely be dining here again

Food was fantastic. My new fave sushi place - for the price and quality of the sushi, it beats Sushi Den hands down. It's in a quaint neighborhood - like a hole in the wall type of place. Inside is very clean and chic and modern. Service is fantastic. I'm already craving this place again.

Love this place! He staff is friendly and the food is fabulous. My only complaint is yet it is so busy!

We wandered into Kazumi on a Sunday evening after a weekend in the mountains and did not know what to expect from this neighborhood sushi spot. We got in right away and were waited on immediately. The waiters were friendly, helpful, and very attentive, which added to the trendy, yet causal, ambiance. The sushi was fresh and very flavorful -- as someone who is a sushi snob, honestly I was surprised and quite impressed!! We ordered the yellowtail sashimi with truffle (OMG a must), toro sashimi, salmon sashimi, avocado roll, spicy salmon roll, and the dragon roll. I'm sad I didn't get a picture of the food to post but I blame Kazumi because it looked too delicious to wait! We will definitely be back!

The food is so good and the fish is high quality! Hands down my favorite sushi place in Denver. the staff is so kind and attentive, and the restaurant is so cute!

Must go to this hidden gem! Excellent , fresh sushi! It's tucked in my neighborhood and the people are great!
