Best BBQ around. Always nice people with outstanding service. They go above and beyond for the community and continue to serve great food. I wish they were open more when that craving hits. The meat is always exactly what you want and the sides are what you never expected. Go for the specialty items you don't find other places. It will not disappoint!

1st time and it was a hit! At first we pulled up to SOLD OUT! signs but one of the team members came out and said they still had some brisket left. Which is EXACTLY what we wanted! We had 1lb of brisket (moist & flavorful), Mac & cheese, and potato salad. They also had their house BBQ sauce that paired perfectly with each item we had. (They even have a spicy one!) Brisket was so good I ordered 1lb to go and ordered a quart of their 'Kat's Brisket & Sausage Queso'. The food was wonderful, staff was funny/friendly, and restaurant was super clean. We had a great time talking to the staff/owners as if it was friends/family you haven't seen in a bit. I will definitely be back soon for more!PRO TIP: They service until they sell out! So get there early or miss out on the goods!

Stopped in from League City to grab lunch. 2 meat tray with 2 sides offered a ton of food for 2 to share. Sliced brisket was moist and well smoked. Well balanced bbq sauce is very tasty and just the right amount of vinegar and pepper. Mac n cheese was creamy and bbq beans were tasty! Homemade pickles were tart and crunchy. Abita root beer on tap was a nice surprise. Tasted my daughter's grilled cheese and the sharp cheddar made it a top notch grilled cheese. Kids meal is large and comes with either Mac n cheese or chips. Friendly service and atmosphere and definitely will return for more awesome food. Next trip I plan to try the Kat's Mac bowl.

The food is too inconsistent, I ordered brisket and it was as dry as the Sahara desert, I wouldn't be surprised if one of the employees had the pharaohs curse. I would rather eat fish from the polluted waters in Texas city then consume the disgusting, grainy, dry brisket. I don't understand how this has nearly 5 stars this place deserves 1 my old crippled grandpa who struggles to get out of his seat can make a better brisket on a portable grill than these people can on a commercial kitchen.

Good food. Lovely people. Lots of folks picking up food. We enjoyed it. My only comment is that there was a lot of pepper on the ribs.

I cannot rave about this place enough!The moment we walked in the vibe was just wholesome and happy.The gentleman who took our order was friendly and talked to us like he'd known us for years and was still professional.Ordering was easy, getting our food was fast, they have specials which is always amazing!The owner is SO kind!! He truly focuses on feeding people good food and making people happy!We are from Arizona and recently moved here 1 week ago and this will forever be THE BBQ spot for us and for family and friends that visit.

All day and yesterday some of the best restaurant brisket you can get in this area. The folks are friendly and the food is fantastic. Don't miss out on their sides and homemade pickles. I absolutely LOVE their Mac salad! If you want some of the best BBQ you have found it!

Delicious in every aspect! I had the sliced brisket and every bite was savoring with flavor. Potato salad is amazing as well! Now I'm hungry for some more!!

Loved the brisket and ribs! So tender, juicy, and flavorful! Sides were great - slaw, Mac, beans. (Unfortunately out of pulled pork when we were there, but it was already mid-afternoon and they close at 4.) Just what we were looking for! Would be a regular stop if we lived in the area, but we were only there as a jumping off point for eclipse viewing. Counter-man (Ernie?) really kept things hopping!

Best BBQ in Texas if you're close enough. Perfect plates of food. Everything is good. Taste has changed so don't eat potatoes. If you do their potatoes are great. Always full of people! If you're not there before 1 pm you may not get a meal. They close after as soon as sold out. And sale out daily.
