Katie's Cafe & Bakery

Beautiful and trendy cafe. Natural products for sale if they have them in stock. They sell bread by the loaf. They allow for parties and have nice treats. They had singles, couples, families, and a group while I was there. Super pricy for a small town!! Long waits and inconsistent menu. The girls working were not super friendly...like at all! Dry and not very helpful. And I'm not sure if they are understaffed normally but they definitely were while I was there! Paid $5 and some change for my latte--espresso and lots of milk foam! I will likely come back and try their bloody Mary's.

Great restaurant in Livingston! We loved everything about it- the drinks, food, and service were outstanding!

Came here today in the afternoon & this is my new favorite place !! Yumm yumm yumm !! I had the best soup I've ever had !! It was roasted poblano peppers & white cheddar cheese soup. It was so delicious that when my husband asked How is it, he wanted me to say, Wanna try some? But I ended up eating the bowl and just one spoon left. I said Oh I'm sorry, you want the last spoonful? Lol The decor is sooo cute ! I love it. I wanna do our kitchen in the color of the place. We're in town just for one day, so glad I found it today so I could go back tomorrow !!

What amazing food and plating. The Deviled eggs are not what you would expect, they know about flavor pairing and it is obvious with these. Fried goat cheese was also delicious. I went with the SOB for my meal and it was delicious and unlike any brisket sandwich that you have had before. The staff was friendly, helpful and always there with a refill or anything else when needed. Katie's is well decorated and a the type of place that Livingston needs.

This place not only has some of the nicest food service personnel but they have some amazing food! If you're looking to eat in peace with a nice atmosphere and calming feeling then this is the place for you.

Katie's is a must go to place! The food was incredible as was the service and the atmosphere. What a little gem in Livingston!!! All the employees were super friendly. We had the deviled eggs appetizer. SUPER! my wife and I both had the rosemary chips and grilled pimento sandwich, so so so good! I had a cup of tomato bisque as well and it too was grand! I can't rave enough about this place. Coming from Tucson Arizona which is a UNESCO city of Gastronomy awarded food area, this place rivals the best of the best! You also have to take home one of their cinnamon rolls.

This is a cute little establishment in the downtown area of Livingston. The servers were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food is delightful.I very much enjoyed the cappuccino, whichever roast they're using is extremely good. I want to take this entire paragraph to touch upon the cookies. Now I consider myself a cookie connoisseur of sorts, and primarily a lot of my check-ins are bakeries and sweet shops across the US. I will say that the cookies here rival some of the heavy weights in this category that I've been to. Seriously, this is a place that outdoes Crumbl (for example) in every way while maintaining that same sort of big monstrous delicacy that they're known for. I'll highlight the s'mores cookie, the fact that all the flavors gnash together so well, the graham cracker flavor cookie base, the chocolate and the coup de grace marshmallow slathering on top that is perfectly browned. Amazing touch. Love. I will drive here from Houston anytime I'm in the area

The bacon jam grilled cheese is my favorite grilled cheese ever. The decor is cool and everyone that works there is super nice. We also highly recommend the SOB fries. It's the first place I took my wife when we got here from Phoenix.

Long wait for it not being busy and the ladies at the counter are rude and super unfriendly. I will not be coming back! My friends meal was eaten andMine was not even out! So I went up to the counter and said I want my order to go. And the rude girl looked at me like annoyed and I said o wantMine boxed up to go. Then another apathetic girl came with my boxed up food. And didn't even offer to box up my friends halfOf sandwich so she had to wrap it up in a napkin . The soup I ordered was bland and cold and the sandwich was sub par and the potato chips were disgusting and burnt ! You guys need to step up to getting better customer service because it's a big fat zero!!!!! Oh and this is not Beverly Hills! Don't know why you guys are snooty and pretentious lol... ridiculous is what you all look like !I damn sure won't recommend this place for people to eat at. You guys suck!
