First time. I've always driven past on my work truck and this day I decided to stop in. The line was decent but lucky for me I had a co-worker already in line and ordered me the cheese eggs, hash browns & chicken sausage. The portion side could be a tad bigger for the price but hey, it wouldn't be Atlanta otherwise. I got a large side of Peach Cobbler to go because who can say no to Peach Cobbler?! AND it was "fye!" It came to $13-$15 roughly. I'll be back after they re-open. I suppose they're remodeling to give the place some improved ambiance.

Got a chance to try food from this location via food delivery and was pretty impressed by the taste of everything. The pork chop sandwich was fried perfectly and tasted as good as it looked. I definitely felt guilty eating something so unhealthy but I had no desire to stop. I ordered a dark chicken quarter dinner but got wings instead which was annoying for two reasons-- 1 they wrote the correct order on the container and 2 I ordered a side order of one wing already. Regardless of that mistake, it was all delicious including the mac and yams. My surprise of the meal was definitely the peach cobbler. It was warm, sweet and the firmness of the pie crust added a nice contrast between the soft peaches.Would love to come back and try more menu items

Ambiance: This is a cafeteria style restaurant with plenty of indoor seating, bright lighting, and a casual settingService: The line was somewhat long, I was there for about 20 minutes, all the servers were friendly, attentive, and patientFood: I ordered two plates and extras for about $32. Plate one: Turkey wings, dressing, green beansPlate two: smothered pork chops, broccoli and rice casserole, and greensExtras: Two wings and small side of Mac and cheese- The green vegetable sides had very little seasoning. They were cooked well but were very bland.- The Turkey and smothered pork chops were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Very savory and the turkey fell off the bone.-Broccoli and rice casserole was full of broccoli. It was so good and definitely the best I've had in a while.-The dressing was okay. It kinda tasted like stove top dressing-Mac and cheese was so good, tasted like it was cooked in chicken broth. It was seasoned, cheesy, and very flavorful.

Came in earlier today for the first time after seeing a friend post her food since it's only a few miles from home.I was sadly disappointed. I asked for fried chicken dark meat and was told there was none and then 30 seconds later the girl said they had a few pieces left. I also got a side of the broccoli rice casserole and candied yams. The chicken had NO flavor and was dry. There was also red in the middle by the bone. The candied yams had a weird oil like taste. After two bites I was over it. The broccoli rice casserole on the other hand was great! Wish I would have got double that instead. Although the girls working there were friendly and had great customer service, the food was not good and I most likely won't be back

They never disappoint. Some soul food places overcook their veggies. KK has always been my go to spot for real soul food. I go once a week

Cafeteria style served here. Food is really good. It's a no frills type of place. I was the only non-black person in here, the line was really long, the chicken was great, and the place itself has a unique local feel to it.

Long line to get in. Serving soul food with various options. I had the breaded catfish with broccoli cheese and collard green sides. Had the peach cobbler for dessert and lemonade. The lemonade was way too sweet.

Food is very inexpensive and great quality. The line can be long, however there is a method to the madness to keep it moving. Don't be turned away with the lack of ambiance, but it gives the location a grandma house feel.

Line may be long but the food is good and it reminds me of my grandma cooking. Omg baked chicken and them pork chops good good good

The worst of attitude. Disappointment. Treated like a criminal from rice st. Police officer waiting in lobby as if anyone is causing a commotion or disturbance. All this because I wanted a different meat and a refill of something to drink. Everyone was greeted with respect but myself. I watched the owner come and sit in front of me like I'm not aware of what's happening before my very eyes. I spoke on the phone to ignore the treatment I was receiving and I spoke how exactly I felt. As I finished my soda. I was ready to go. When they read this they will know who I am. I'm not the one who you thought. I'm a very powerful person. Keep that in mind. See you again.
