Jusgo Supermarket

no frills asian super market with low prices to match. not for the uninitiated, but if you're comfortable in asian supermarkets or you're accompanied then you can everything you need at decent prices.

Decent place, but customer service could be improved. The cashier scolded me for putting the small shopping basket on the conveyor belt.

This store makes me feel uneasy, there are live turtles in small boxes just waiting to be killed. Just feels very inhumane. The store smells really bad even for Asian standards and is very cramped and dirty.

This place has a really cheap Seafood prices. Fruits and vegetables are cheaper and bigger too. Other groceries are cheaper as well compared to other Asian stores. Will come back for sure.

Hours as of 5/22/20: 8:30am - 8:00pm M-SunIt took 3 tries before my husband was finally able to make it into Jusgo. The first two times we tried to go right before closing and both times they were already closed. We finally called and found out they close at 8pm these days. Should've called earlier!I've always preferred shopping at Jusgo because I think their produce are the freshest (most of the time) compared to other Chinatown grocers. I also found some of my favorite snacks here, and there's always new snacks that tempt me to try. In these days of not dining out, snacks have become my new splurge. A note of warning, this place seems to be always busy, no matter what time I've visited. Social distancing is essentially impossible. The aisles are also narrow to the point that two carts cannot comfortably pass each other. However, there is now plexiglass windows at each of the cashiers so that's good they are watching out for their workers. Nevertheless, will still be returning with mask and sanitizers for my chinese veggies and snack refuels!

There are obviously lot of Exotic and foreign Products and Food you don't See in your local Stores . It's an Eye opener . Staff are Friendly . I do recommend

What a great store. I could shop all day there. Great vegetables and pork meat, frozen Dumplings were delicious and though didn't get through the store...hubs tagged.a long, I will go by myself next trip.. Service was good at counters and an authentic Asia store...

One of my go to markets when I'm in the area. Prices are very good. Great place to just wonder without a grocery list and shop for weekly specials. Aisles are super organized and clean. Staffs are knowledgeable and will help you find things. I usually have an idea of what I'm looking for or a picture of something I'm looking for. Even though sometimes there's a language barrier, the staffs will still help me search for an item! Support your local market :)

Poor customer service. Imagine 4 staff at the meat section won't serve me because according to them it's not their job? Why not put someone who will be tasked to serve the customers? 4 staff, 2 of them are just a spit away from me didn't even bother to turn around when I was calling them. That is why I started to raise my voice because the nearest staff to me which I called 4 or 5 times just pretended he didn't hear me. The reason why Asian owned businesses customer service s*cks? Because we are bringing our way of dealing with customers here in America. I'm not saying all, but there are some.

Got plenty of stuff, good prices, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, to say the least. Worker let people cut in front of me, finally checked out my friend then literally just walked off before checking me out (my things were clearly visible) and never came back... Had to get in line at another register which was a nuisance. Honestly just go to H mart across the street for most things.
