From the hosts who greet you with a warm smile to the bartenders who made my drinks with precision and flair, every member played a vital role in ensuring that our visit was nothing short of exceptional.There are different areas of seating but whether you are in the the cozy lounge area, or the vibrant outdoor patio, every corner of JOEY Uptown exudes an air of sophistication and warmth that invites you to linger, relax, and savor the moment. The Valet Parking was a little slow and congested especially being all cars are kind stacked in one lane but at that point I needed a nap so we just waited and enjoyed the surroundings.JOEY Uptown is more than just a restaurant; it's an experience. With its exceptional food offerings , impeccable service, and inviting ambiance, it's the kind of place where every visit feels like a special occasion. So if you're looking for a dining experience that's truly extraordinary, look no further than JOEY Uptown - where every meal is a masterpiece and every guest is treated like royalty.

This has a club vibe to it. You can wait for a table or get a chair at the bar. Be sure the bar is wiped before you sit, the menu was put down in front of me and liquid (alcohol) ended up all down my pants. Bartenders/waitress we cool. Got the Baja fish taco with truffle fries. You only get 2 tacos but they were stuffed full and pretty good. Fries are almost shoestring fries with a good amount of parm cheese shredded on top. If you don't mind loud then this is a spot to check out. They are not cheap.

We came here on an early Sunday afternoon after shopping at the Galleria, did not have very high expectations but had an amazing time! They greeted us with Prosecco right when we walked in, and seated us right away despite us not having any reservations.Service: 5/5 we initially got a table at the patio but it ended up being too stuffy, so we asked if we could get seated back inside. They were very accommodating and re-seated us right away. Our server Kendall was amazing!Food: 5/5 we ordered the steak frites (cooked to perfection) and tuna poke bowl which were both excellent! We were told the chefs here frequently travel the world and get inspirations from other cuisines, which really shows in the care they put in their foodAmbiance: 5/5 upbeat music with high scale decor, definitely a fun atmosphere!

Joey Uptown is great! It deserves the five star rating I am giving it. Pro tip: it is located outside of the Galleria mall in Houston. If you are going to Joey and Joey only, don't park in the mall. Have your GPS navigate you directly to Joey and park in the garage next to it, or valet. This will save you from having to navigate the Galleria mall to get to Joey. I've had several dishes from Joey in LA, Dallas, and Houston. I've not had one bad dish. The guacamole is amazing! I highly recommend it as a starter. Also the sliders are amazing. Whether you are going on a date to Joey, hanging with friends, or a happy hour, this restaurant is not a bad choice. Not to mention, the interior of the restaurant is lovely. No complaints at all!

On a Saturday night, Joey Uptown is a hot spot in Houston. Lots of people and music. This is my second time at Joey's and I was pleased that this experience was better than my first. We had drinks and appetizers which is what I think Joey's is best for. We went to Joey's as a the first stop of the night, and I think I would continue to go to Joey's for that aspect instead of going for dinner. For drinks, we had the Real Peach Bellini Slush which is very good. For appetizers, we had the Pork Dumplings and the Parmesan Truffle Fries which both were delicious!In terms of service, I think our waiter was patient and sweet. She handled a big party well.

Can you endear the weary-workers of Uptown Park more than offering them complimentary sparkling wine? I think not. And, while that might make me sound easy, go read my other reviews. A glass of bubbly certainly sets the tone of a restaurant who cares about their patrons. Quickly seated and greeted, our waiter--salt of the earth Juan-- recommended their "known" dishes. We went with the pork gyoza, steak and ravioli, and the butter cake. The pork gyoza, while slightly charred on the bottom, was understated and allowed the chili sauce to sing its praises. A bastion of welcomed culinary delectability, I recommend starting your meal here...after your complementary bubbles. The steak and ravioli. THE STEAK AND RAVIOLI. Take a bite with a little of everything. The truffle is perfectly balanced. Sometime truffle takes center stage. Not in this dish. This. This was delightful. Plate-licking style delight.And then. There was. The. Butter. Cake. The cheesecake center made this dessert a winner. Oh, bless, hips! Here come the calories!!!! The plants. Oh my, Lord. The plants. Excellent playlist. Patio--dog friendly. The coolest light fixture maybe ever. I mean--it's a cool looking place. The food is extraordinary.

Will is FANTASTIC!!! My sister flew into Houston and this was the first place on the list when we connected. Our sever was Will and he is the person to ask for to get FIRST CLASS SERVICE!!!! Great food, great staff, and great atmosphere!

This place is amazing, the food and the staff never disappoints. This is me and my wife's go to restaurant for any occasion or outing. The Ambiance and Vibe is amazing, we ask for Emmade to be our waiter everytime we go because he's the best. All of their wait staff and general staff are amazing but Emmade is just on a different level. Ask for Emmade if you do decide to dine there.

Kristen was so amazing!!! We arrived at the bar and she literally helped us pick drinks and the perfect entrées! Her customer service skills on another level!! Thank you so much!! And she makes an amazing old-fashioned OMG!!!
