good always the same great service every time I go! I work at the barbershop Polks Cut Lounge like right around the corner! been a barber for 11 years been a houstonian all my life! I love going to joes wether it be with friends for or just. quick lunch break...your guaranteed to get great tasting food every time!

precovid: Nacos = doritos swimming in that fake cheese sauce from movies and with about 1/4 of a jar of jalapenos on it. Yes. Yesyesyes. I also had the grilled cheese which was good.Friends were all part of the clean plate club.

Love the bourbon wings they are fire and the patty melt but you have to add bacon. It is to fire so far and make you want to slap your mama.

I've eaten here several times and my husband knows this place well, especially when it use to be a club. One week ago I order my usual hamburger with no mustard. My hamburger was good, but less than one hour later my stomach started cramping so bad I thought I would need to go to the ER. Then I thought maybe I just need to go to the ladies' room. I really had to go bad but we were driving and the only businesses through acres home, trinity gardens and scenic woods were corner stores and the bathrooms were awful. After about an hour I could not take it anymore, I had to use it or throw up. I call Joe's back to let them know they may want to check their meat, the tomatoes, or the mayonnaise. I didn't want to complain or call anyone....just fix the problem!

I was so delighted to find Joe's is so close to my house and I love how they've been in business over 50 years! I stopped by today and ordered the Cheeseburger Basket. At just under $6 (with fries!!) this is my new favorite burger in all of Houston!! The patties were hot and juicy, the cheese melted just right, veggies and bun so fresh. Staff was so friendly, I cannot wait to go back and try everything else!!

First time here. Ordered tenders and shrimp. Tender are plain. Shrimp aren't deveined correctly. The fries have no flavor. To top it all off couldn't even get a complimentary BBQ sauce with my tenders. Was told it cost extra. Probably won't be returning. After this.

From the service being top tier to the food being made with love in every bite! This is for sure a place I'll be returning to. Food is also reasonably priced. Also try the drink shack across the street!

Delicious great prices quality food in abundance. Great customer service highly satisfied. Boss burger combo exceeded my expectations I highly recommend 5 stars don't do justice 10 stars.

My first time going to this restaurant yesterday approximately 1600 and was not pleased with the customer service. I had my mother and a guy that work for me that asked me to stop here after a long day of work. Maria didn't have any greeting nor a good attitude towards us which I would usually say "let's go" however a gentleman working with her came out and greeted us and took our order. After placing our order with him paying for the order and receiving it I was so confused to why she continued to have an attitude. They had forgotten the chili and cheese which I paid for and I asked can he separate the fries from the burger because I didn't like the chili and cheese to touch my burger making it soggy as he was trying to figure out how he could make it to my satisfaction Maria said " she didn't pay for chili and cheese" in which he told her " yes she paid for it". Then she said to me we don't separate the burger in a separate container from the chili cheese fries Maria didn't care about the concern I had she was rude and I told the gentleman that this is first time and last time and I really hope that the food is worth it because Maria has made this place look bad she is the face here when someone comes here is a really bad look. However she was speaking Spanish to a customer and laughing with him she's VERY Rude.
