JINYA Ramen Bar - Duluth

This place was yummy! I love ramen this would be my top 3 on the list of places for ramen. Egg, pork, seaweed, spinach and noodles complemented each other and went well all together! I was super hungry and finished the whole bowl which is rare for me to do. Service was great! The young lady was attentive and friendly! We got there early in the morning so it quiet and calming. They do have a patio but I like my A/C so my butt stayed inside LOL! I will say if you get a soda they charge you for refills which is weird to me. Other than that food, service, and ambiance was great!

I met my hunny here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. There was lots of seeing available and all the staff were super welcoming as I walked in the door. Even the kitchen staff looking up to say welcome. Our waitress was always a flag away, constantly looking our way to see if we needed anything. The vibe inside is cool too. Lit up but not to the point that it was too bright, nor too dark. Lots of natural light. We ordered the crispy chicken and pork gyoza appetizers. Chefs freaking kiss for both!!! I ordered the build your own ramen bowl while my boyfriend ordered the spicy chicken bowl. Now if I'm being honest....the ramen was just ok. The brother needed A LOT more seasoning. It was really bland. I added soy sauce which helped some. I wouldn't order the ramen again but I'd sit at the bar and drink and eat some appetizers definitely. Overall, I would suggest this spot and I'd go again to try something different. Maybe the rice bowl.

The food here was just awesome when we went. It was a rainy day so ramen was perfect given the weather conditions. I got the jinya tonkatsu black. I think that the flavors were well balanced with a pleasant soup base. The egg was probably the best thing though because it had the runny yolk that elevated the soup broth. I also got the impossible tacos which were good. I'm not a big fan on the "impossible" items generally, but it was recommended and it wasn't bad. The impossible component was definitely seasoned well but I thought it was a little too salty, but when you had the guac or avocado with it they blended well and created a balanced bite. The spicy creamy shrimp was really good. I loved that it retained the crunchy texture after being tossed in sauce. It gave a sriracha spicy mayo flavor, but it was graciously covered in sauce and I wasn't complaining. When I went, I was seated at the bar and shout out to the bartender/waitress. She was super tentative and gave great recommendations. I wanted something light and refreshing and got the watermelon delight. Got a couple drinks and it was a great evening. The restaurant gives off a nice ambiance with dimmed lights. I think the rain took away some of the natural lighting, but it was the evening so the lighting was fitting. I felt like the restaurant layout seems long in the sense that upon enter you have a couple tables and mainly just bar seating, but upon walking to the back it opens up to another room/dining area. Would definitely come back though. The service was amazing, the food hit the spot, and it was a nice little date night restaurant.

Parking right in the front with no wait! This place is bigger than it appears from the outside. Very clean and bright. Our server was Mindy and she was excellent! Very knowledgeable about the menu plus she had worked at our regular place a few years back so she could lead us to our favorites and boy did she! We got the original Tonkatsu pork with an extra egg (which were absolutely perfect) plus Mindy brought us their spicy sauce to liven it up to each of our tastes. My friend did one container and I ended up using 2 which made the broth so rich and just the right level of heat for me. This place was a great new ramen restaurant for us! Of course we will be back!

First time here, our server Mindy took exceptional care to explain the menu and assist us in ordering. Had the original tokatsu, spicy level two with an extra egg. Had to order extra noodles, didn't want to leave any of the soup.The atmosphere was modern, nice and clean. Their health rating was a well deserved 100.

Great food great customer service and quick! There's also a lot of vegan options. My fave was the spicy creamy vegan ramen. The vegan tacos was also a great starter!

I recently visited Jinya Ramen Bar with my husband for dinner, and it was great!I ordered Jinya's chicken ramen with mild spice, and it was delicious. The flavor was rich and satisfying, without being too spicy. We also tried the buns as an appetizer, and they were good too.The service was good. Our server was very friendly, and we were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. The ambiance of this location is fantastic. It's spacious, and the outdoor seating area with a fire pit adds a cozy and inviting touch.I can't wait to return!

THIS PLACE IS DELICIOUS!!! I always love JINYA RAMEN establishments and this one is one of the top ones. Parking is a bit limited, but the service, food quality and prices make it worth it.Ambiance is nice, there is many clean seating and this is a great place for a first date!Will be back again~!

The bun is softer than a pillow. The meat has a slight sweet taste I ended up ordering 2. The spicy chicken ramen was so tasty. The broth had a bold chicken base and slight heat on the back end. The noodle were aldente. However, the soup only has 2 small slice of chicken. My spouse ordered the chicken ramen. Just as good but the broth was not as rich and flavorful. DecorThe restaurant is tastefully decorated. Dark tables and decor.This restaurant is a definite do over.

Amazing to eat at in restaurant BUT do not order ahead on Uber eats... they will make your order waaaay to early and food will arrive cold, dried out and really ruin your taste for this place. I ordered the day before so I could have a worry free day and have hot food at 5pm. Wrong. I get notice at 4:19 pm they started my order. A driver never came for pick up until 4:53pm and delivered quickly by 5:17pm (its a 15 min drive to my house). Which means it sat for over 30 min. Not good. So lesson... eat in restaurant skip the order out.
