Jimmy John's

I should have looked up these reviews before even giving this Jimmy John's location a chance. Pulled up to the drive thru and sat there unassisted for 5 minutes, before deciding to pull up to the window. After 2 minutes a guy opens the window and tells us that he's the only person working and we should've kept waiting at the speaker until he got to us because he was busy. He clearly had a bad attitude and did not care for his job. I explained that there was no way of knowing he was the only person or that he would eventually get to helping us. He said "you should've kept waiting" then continued with the attitude and said "you don't have to eat here". I replied with "you don't have to work here" and he quickly closed the window and walked away. Needless to say, we went elsewhere and will not return. I can clearly see why they have such low ratings. It's only a matter of time before they get shut down.

My sandwich was fresh and tasty, however the person taking my order wasn't friendly. I wanted to substitute one of the meats and was told I couldn't, them I was told I could, but there would be an up charge. What kinda crap is this? Your advertisement says customizable.

Today I came here for a sandwich and when I walked in they told me that I couldn't order due to them being short handed. I had to leave and then I went to their drive through and their menu looks off and dark. Just pitiful of a business.

This place is filthy!! Do not eat here you will get sick. I don't know how this place hasn't been shut down. Theirs a roach and cricket infestation that's why you can't go inside most of the time. Their soda machine is literally covered in mold, black specs can be found in every drink! Stay away

I know it's just a Jimmy John's but goodness gracious these folks are nice. My order is always correct and, of course, Freaky Fast. Always get the pickle!

JB and Billy were great. I had multiple orders and they got me in and out quickly. The customer service was amazing. Thank you. I'll be definitely returning with service like this.

Been to this neighborhood location numerous times over the years; however, it appears that there has been a general decline in their freaky fast promise, customer service, and accuracy of order. The past couple of times I've gone I ordered ahead per usual through the app, but still had to wait 5 to even over 10 minutes to receive my orders. This latest episode had them calling my phone to tell me they were out of roast beef. Mind you this was 6:30 in the evening. The previous time they gave me a wrap instead of a sandwich. Sandwiches were not cut in half as requested either. At least they called to tell me, which I can appreciate. I really want to keep supporting this JJ, but they're making it more and more difficult to do so.

Jimmy John's in Missouri City was a favorite fast food stop of mine, as it was a convenient stop; I could use the drive-thru and get right back on hwy 6. However the last three times I've been there, the person at the window said they were having "system errors" and I would have to come inside. I call BS. They just want us inside so they can hit us up for a tip. It's ridiculous. Used to be my favorite place but now I'll never go there again.

The guy older man VERY GRUMPY !!Trying to ask questions and he was mad about it !! This is the 2nd time trying this place. Very UNFRIENDLY PLACE !!!I will go elsewhere from now on !!!

The service is awful. The slowest jimmy johns location I have ever been to. Had pre-ordered in app prior to arriving 13 min later and still had to wait 20 min after arriving for my sandwich. Then my sandwich wasn't correct and it was soggy. Worst location ever!
