Jimmy John's

I go here once a week for lunch. Last time I came, I was in and out in 90 seconds! The place is always clean as a whistle and the wait staff is coiled and ready to take my order.

Worst customer service ever! I did go at 8 pm on Sunday, very rude I didn't get the guy's name that took my order's!!!! Don't go in an hour before closing because I must have bothered him trying to get a meal for my family!!!!!

So I came I over a week ago could not get service because the girl was in her phone in the lobby. When she did come to the register at she would do is look at me. I asked if I could place an order when she said I am waiting on you. I asked a question and again no help JUT looking at me I said maybe I should go and all of a sudden ok have a great day. I called asked to speak to the officer person that was working. She asked if I want a manager I said yes that would be great. Then she went on to pump alot of questions as to why and what I wanted to say. I asked for a corporate number they said look it up. I called back in got a manager who later said he was a GM he told me both peoples schedules so I could avoid them I think I will go someplace that cares. This is a franchise so nobody seems to care because nothing can happen to them. Bad job great food The GM allso said this was her first job and he knows she is bad with people but that's all they can hire right now. I asked if you received bad meat would you give rotten meat sandwiches?Why leav her at 3 if you know she is not ready. Why set her up for failure.

Let me preface my review with this: the sandwich that was ordered was awesome!..... but I'd HATE to have the manager from this store for my boss! I ordered on Saturday 5/09 around lunch time....and OMG, Mr. Pitbull/ Chihuahua Manager was obviously training a new guy and micromanaging EVERY MOVE the new guy made. It was very unnerving! Dude!! Let new guy breathe already! Plus, everyone in store (customers included) was wearing a mask except the manager!I don't really care so much about the mask... but if everyone is wearing a mask, then everyone is protected. This JJ is not the usual place I order from.... but I will think twice before going to that store again.

I stopped here after sitting in traffic for almost an hour to grab a QUICK bite to eat. This is 7:30 and they close at 8:00 pm. I walked in and the employees looked at me as if I was crazy and never asked "how may I help you?": They literally packed up EVERYTHING already. Even down to the chips. When I was saying my order, the young lady was like "oh, you want to order?". She was not listening to my order, picked the wrong bread, had to unpack everything...and this one took the cake, tried to just hand my sandwich and chips to me and asked "do you want a bag?" What should have taken 3 minutes for a sub took 10 whole minutes. I get you are ready to go home, but you all close at 8:00! You should serve your customers until the closing time. Needless to say, this location will NEVER receive my service again! This all took place on 12/7. I hope those who were closing have a course on proper customer service.

The manager they hired at the store is incompetent and doesn't know how to help customers whenever it comes to complications with their delivery and kind of gives them the I don't know what to do so if you don't know what to do why are you a manager then this is a poor part on Jimmy John's if this is a franchise or not whoever owns it you're a sad individual who cannot figure out how to find good employees to manage your store that actually know how to help people

Every once in a while, the craving for a simple, good sandwich hits, and Jimmy John's fits the bill perfectly. While Subway is a decent option, I find that Jimmy John's consistently offers a slight edge in quality and taste.During our most recent visit, I ordered the Hunter's Club, which is always satisfying with its hearty fillings and fresh bread. My wife opted for the Porker, drawn in by the delicious combination of bacon and ham. We both customized our sandwiches with plenty of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, getting them just the way we like.What stands out at Jimmy John's is the speed of service. Even though we were just grabbing our food to go, I appreciated how quickly our order was prepared--no waiting around unnecessarily. The store itself was tidy and well-maintained, which, while not the main factor for a takeout visit, certainly adds to the overall positive experience.The food at Jimmy John's is reliably good--not gourmet, but definitely satisfying for what it is. It's a solid choice when you're in need of a quick, tasty sandwich without any fuss. We'll undoubtedly return the next time we're in the mood for a straightforward, quick meal.

My husband and I took our kids here after church. The man at the front was very patient with my husband as he tried to decide what he wanted. The sandwiches were fast and yummy. After my 3.5 year old accidentally spilled his water on the floor (‍), the man calmly came over with a mop and took care of it for us. Very friendly people, hilarious lists on the wall to read, and the place was very clean. We will be back!

The Katy location evening shift is very rude . The guy did not hear me when I ordered 2 sandwiches 2 chips and a drink. He charged me another 3.00 dollars. They they want another tip . They had my sandwich's pushed far back where I had to get them over the counter myself. Bag everything. I might as well make the sandwich's myself. And then they expect a tip when they are rude and then ignore you. We won't be back at this location in the evening anymore.

Does this look like added peppers to you? One job. People make mistakes but this Jimmy Johns is one of the worst.
