Original time close was 9. Then they said it's 8. We arrive at 7:30, closed. Officially not coming back to this location. Not dependable.

Ordered a beach club added bacon. Got my sandwich half of my sandwich had 1 piece of turkey on it. Could not even taste the turkey on it at all. Other side had 2 pieces of turkey on it. Bread was hard. Not good at all. Very disappointed. 11.80 without a tip for a sandwich and a drink and barely any meat on the sandwich. Do not waste your moneyManager reaches out to me and replaced my sandwich with chips and a drink. This sandwich was of usual quality and had an adequate amount of meat on it. Thanks to the manager for reaching out and making it right

Worst Jimmy Johns I have Ever heard of.Called them after not getting my food in 45 Minutes, the manager told me how they were well within the Corporate Guidelines and was rude to meNever Canceled order, Never got it and still got charged for it. I have been a loyal Jimmy Johns Customer for years, but since now I live in Katy I guess I will have to find another place.UPDATE: I tried calling and they would not pick up, Blocked my phone number from showing up and they answered on the first ring. Then only did they finally cancel my orderThis Place Needs Work

This is the 2nd time I had been disappointed with them. The unwich lettuce wrap without inner lettuce. Which wich and this place dont know how to make a true lettuce wrap sandwich. I received it and it was like a taco, didnt even bother to separate the lettuce to wrap the whole sandwich. They are more careful with the tuna and I had a good experience then. I knpw it seems redundant to put shredded lettuce in a lettuce wrap but there isnt much to this sandwich without it

So I heard the commercials on the radio about JJs being fast. I didn't pay much attention to that until my first visit.I ordered the #10 Hunters Club. As soon as I put my wallet back in my pocket, the sandwich was handed to me. It was that fast.The sandwich was good, and I plan to return. Prices were reasonable...8 inch sub, big bag of chips (2 servings), and a drink for about $9. I want to try a half-sized JJ Gargantuan on my next visit.***NOTE*** JJs was hacked and this location was part of the security breach. Ordered a #17 which was suppose to come with BACON and ham. Ended up with only ham. Ruined the entire sandwich. At least they got the extra mayo right tho.

This is for customer service.Vivian(manager) is the person who needs to learn what customer service is, I received a coupon code via text for a free side item.When I arrived at the store I asked if the free side item had to be done through the app. I showed the young lady my phone and she said yes, I would need to enter my phone number. I gave her my order and asked to make sure she cut it in half. After entering my phone number, the discount didn't appear. Then another young lady appeared and said sorry, that's a discount code, go ahead and order through the app and I will start on your order. Received my order and when I opened the sandwich it wasn't cut in half. I took the sand which in the wrapper back to the pickup counter and set it down. Here is where the issue comes in to play. A blonde young lady shows up out of no where and says in a snotty tone "We can't take a sandwich back or cut it for you". I informed her I had both asked for it to be cut, she told me "No You didn't". She handed my my sandwich back with no gloves on and handed me a plastic knife.At which point I returned to my table to look at my phone, it clearly stated cut in half, and the other young lady informed this blonde lady that I had asked for it cut in half. The blonde lady then told me "Your receipt didn't show to cut in half". I informed her that serving food is 90% customer service and 10% food. She rolled her eyes and walked away.I returned to my table and as this young lady was walking by, I asked whom the manager was, she informed me she was the manager. I asked her her name and she said I'm leaving my shift is over as she walked out the door. At this point I asked the other ladies behind the counter for her name, they informed me her name is Vivian and their regional manager is Kevin.At the very least this young lady needs training in customer service and y no means should she be in a management Role.

The bread is so gross. legit taste like your eating hardened play-doh. When you try to bring up issues to the store they will have a full blown argument with you before even offering a solution. Attitudes through out the entire ordering process. First time trying this nasty fail of a sandwich shop and clearly my last.

Yelp advertises that this location has a drive-thru but after placing my mobile app order then driving 18 minutes there in my pajamas in pouring rain with my baby in his car seat, I determined that's a lie! Food & service was fine, otherwise.
