I would give 10/5 stars if I could to the employees working on 10/25/2023 at noon. The store was packed and they had many large orders to fill, but everyone handled it very well. My #9 was the best sandwich I've ever had from a Jimmy John's

I was in the mood for a fresh tasting sub and jimmy johns is the place for that. I was working in the heat so a cold refreshing sub was the way to go and I'll tell you what they didn't disappoint at all . Fresh baked bread, fresh veggies and a bag of chips and and I enjoyed every bite . The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Great place to enjoy a great sandwich or wrap for lunch or anytime of the day .

I've always had terrible customer service here. Today I ordered TWO sandwiches for delivery and only ONE was delivered. Called them and they said they would deliver the sandwich THEY forgot but had to charge for delivery AGAIN. Not the first time I've had issues at this location but WILL BE THE LAST.

I stopped in on way to work thinking that this would be an in and out situation. When I arrived the drive thru was backed up (understandable, lunchtime). Once I walked in it was clear as to why the line was so long. The employees could care less. They walked around with zero urgency. I ordered 2 sandwiches and due to their snail like pace only left with one. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION IF YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE.

I had the #9 Italian Night Club for lunch yesterday the sandwich was packed withGenoa salami, capicola, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo & vinaigrette. The sandwich tasted great!

They're always pleasant here. It's refreshing to see. Store has fast service and is very clean/organized. The location is a bit hidden so you might miss it. I've had bad experiences at other JJ's in the area but I will go out of my way to come to this one. Good job team!

This location is probably the best I've ever experienced. The food is always done well and the staff is nice.

Sandwiches are so good from here. The bread is so soft, fresh and tasty!!! Best part. The service is fast. Nothing fancy about the place, just easy set up. In and out.

No exaggeration-it took an hour and 10 minutes for a sandwich to be made and travel 8 miles! After reading some reviews, it is clear that the management is horrible! Don't waste your money here.
