Jimmy John's

Well I have to give a big shout out to ASHLEY FOR ALWAYS BEING IN A GOOD MOOD WHEN I COME TO HER RESTAURANT. She is always patient with me and in a good mood. My food has always been prepared good and fast. I have been here maybe 12 times since I started my new job down the road. I must say this is my favorite JJ's and the bathroom has those funny pics on the wall . Keep up the good work guys and thanks Ashley!

Trash service. Absolutely disgusting! Drive thru attendant was a total asshole. He seemed annoyed to be at work. Disrespectful. I will not be stopping at this location anymore. Fucking assholes.

Food is good and I have never had any issues with my order but the staff is not very friendly.

Was kinda hoping it was a bad as the reviews stated but, it was just another jimmy John's. Food was fair, service was good, no complaints.

I ordered the #11, as it was my first time eating at this establishment. It was a normal sandwich, but the next morning; I had food poisoning. Currently writing this review after my 8th restroom trip in the past 3 hours. Never coming back.

I really love the team and customer service here. I love these sandwiches and Brittany is so efficient and communicative when she delivers!!! They are great- appreciate you all!

First time my Husband stopped by, he pulled up to the drive thru at 8:33pm and they said they were closed. About a week later I ordered and I asked for no cucumbers and they were put on my un which and I was missing a side of ranch.

First let me tell you that it was my Wife and I first time at Jimmy John's at it was a very unpleasant experience. I ordered the Caesar wrap and a #7. Well my wife likes her wraps a certain way and your whole staff at this location told be no we don't customize our food and when it came to my #7 They said no to me when I ask for Caesar dressing versus mustard. Are you guys not in business to make your customers happy, it didn't work for me it was like they all set a rule and tell all the customers we don't adjust our sandwiches or wrap. I will never go to any Jimmy John's again. SUBWAY And Firehouse subs here I come. The crazy thing was I told them it was my first time and I ask the Manager why I couldn't make changes she said because that is Jimmy John's way.

The location off of Bingle@290 is totally trash! The girl that prepared my food was very helpful and super sweet but the older gentleman that was the cashier was awful! He clearly was upset with his existence and it showed. Customer service was definitely the worst!

Totally wasn't satisfied, lady didn't welcome me in correctly today and than I swear they made my sandwich on a day old bread.
