hmmm...so i work in the neighborhood near this jimmy johns and they literally don't deliver to us, which is extremely odd...but today i went through the drive thru and got a tuna sandwich and got everything i needed, it was fairly quick. My sandwich was good of course. I gave them three stars because i don't understand why they do deliver fairly close

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I sat in line this evening for about 15 mins while Rachel made my sandwiches as I watch the other guy walk back and forth on his cell phone. He was the one that took my order. Once I got my order, instantly I knew it was wrong. Told Rachel it was wrong and she yelled to the guy it was wrong because again he was the one that took the order. Oh mind you the inside was closed and we had to go through the drive-thru, which I hate for this very reason. I got the sandwiches, had to tell them that I hadn't paid yet, had to ask for a receipt too! Once I got the receipt I realized once again that the sandwiches were incorrect. Had to go back through the drive-thru and told Rachel they were wrong and she said Oh. Sat another five mins behind the person in front of me. Once I made it to the window I was greeted by whoever the guy was taking the drive-thru orders. He literally said, "what's the problem". No, I'm sorry. How can I fix it? I told him the issue and yes I was irritated because, by that time, I had been there 30 mins for some sandwiches. Long story short he lied and said he made the sandwiches when I watched Rachel do it and watched him walk back and forth on his phone cleaning the pop machine. He said even though my receipt was wrong, he knew had what I wanted in his head. Huh? All that while you're on the phone. He said, what do you want me to do? I said I would like the sandwiches I asked for and he literally said, "No, because you comin at me sideways". LOL I said, "What?" Is this customer service? He said he would give me the manager's name and phone number and I can call him. When I asked for the name and number he then said no, I can call the store in the morning. Here is the thing? He's ignorant! He knew he messed up and tried to blame me! How can you be taking orders and be on your phone at the same time? I guaranteed the guy in front of me order is wrong too. To top it off, I asked my son wasn't or order wrong the last time and he said yes. The same freaking guy! The difference is that we went into the store. Awful experience and I will never go to this location again. As the customer, yes I'm going to be upset because to took my money and didn't honor your part of the transaction. I believe management is training these people this way. They don't care. How do you not know that you have someone working for you like this and looking at the reviews, I'm almost sure they don't care. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!

Giving this location 2 stars ONLY because their sandwiches are consistently delicious. If only their service was so good... it took close to 30 minutes to get one sandwich in the drive-thru this afternoon. To make matters worse - as I sat in the drive-thru - I could see my sandwich sitting on the ledge next to the window. Rather than have the car in front of me pull forward (they'd placed a large order)... I sat there - staring at my food. JJ's, take a lesson from other drive-thru establishments. If you cannot hand someone their food promptly at the window - kindly ask them to pull forward so you can continue serving the cars behind them

I typically don't write reviews but this Jimmy John's really need to step it's game up. It seems that I'll order from here and keep getting disappointed. This a great alternative for me to eat better and correct my health but when I get my food it looks thrown together.

The food is good but they need more workers who actually work. There was only one person I saw making sandwiches and one working the drive through. I saw three others just wandering around. Won't go back here again because they are horribly slow

I have no idea how this location has gone so far downhill. Food is on par with other locations but the employees are terrible. In the past 3 weeks, going here twice I've spent 20 and 30 min waiting in the drive thru for order taking and fulfillment. It has been in a spiral for a year, I've contacted mgmt only to receive a coupon but no fix so mgmt doesn't get the problem. Our office used to use them frequently and I was the last person still going due to orders being incorrect or the drive thru being completely non functional. Sadly the only fix may be a complete restaff and owners don't seem to care enough to implement.
