Jimmy John's

This location IS NOT PLEASANT TO GO TO. I've been here a few times and not by choice, just because it's close to my office. I try to avoid coming here altogether. Cashier always has an attitude. I'd rather go down the complete opposite way to the one closer to Willowbrook mall. Totally different vibe when you walk into that one. Let's try to do better people!

I'm a jimmy johns fan and their sandwiches are pretty consistent, but I ordered a Vito from this location which has a drive through (a plus during these pandemic times) but instead of the usual hearty sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion, meat and cheese. They gave me a skimpy sandwich with one piece of cheese a ton of onions and not much else. Never going back.

If you want your food on time, do not order from this location! Numerous amount of times we've ordered and the order will take almost 2 hours to get to our location and or the meal is totally what was not ordered.I ordered one sandwich at 11:20am this morning and as I am typing this at 12:24 it has yet to arrive... There goes my lunch!

food was delicious I will be going back, and I recommend y'all go too I really enjoyed it, yesterday was my first time going and I loved it. Cashier was kind of rude but other than that everything was great!

I went with my girlfriend to go get a sandwich and service was great, I got my food in a timely manner. However when I took a bite of my sandwich I bit down on something hard. I found a piece a metal in my sandwich and that really pissed me off.

Horrible service. Never will I ever. Couldn't even put the meat in my sandwich missing ham and capicola. Store wouldn't answer phone call.

It appears that there are new owners. The current staff is inexperienced and very unprofessional. The quality of the food is hot or miss. Mostly miss!The tuna sandwich can be almost overfilled at times and then on another visit it all bread with almost no filling. Frequently they can only take credit cards or exact change. Can be very slow with only a couple of customers.

Sadly to say, this is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever been too...and I love Jimmy John's. I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I regretted spending money here. Took over 5 minutes from paying for my order to receiving it at the counter for a Slim 1, and I was the only one in the restaurant besides a man already eating at a table. They had one car in the drive thru at the time of placing my order.Received Slim 1 sandwich with only 1 piece of cheese, pretty sure there is always two. Had to rip the cheese in half to cover the sandwich. Took a sip of the coke and it was flat, and informed a team member. She stated, "Oh it's probably out then." And continued on with her conversation with another team member. Dumped out my drink and filled it up with Sprite and that was also sadly flat. Informed that same team member that the sprite is also flat. And she said, "Oh ok". And continued her conversation with the team member.Stood there and waited to see if there was a solution to the soda from the team member, and there wasn't. Till a drive thru team member brought me a bottled drink to take. I hope they take this feedback in a way to train and coach their team members. And set a standard for how this store should be ran, like the rest of the multiple Jimmy John stores I have been to.

Don't know why they ask what would u like on your sub if there going to make it how ever they want.

This store does not deliver consistently and has no working phone number. An online order that is assigned to this store may not be delivered, and corporate does not seem to care.
