They partnered with Tmobile to offer a free sandwich as a marketing tactic. The promotion was good for up to six days after issuance, but after I ordered via their online platform and had to provide my personal info to create an account, the manager called me and said the owner refused to accept the promotion. So instead, they got all my info, didn't give me my sandwich, and refused to abide by the rules and regulations of the promotion. I was a JJ fan for a long time, but not anymore! I assure you that I'll be telling my friends and family not to eat here anymore. Scammers!

This is the store closest to my neighborhood, don't get all the negative reviews, every time I order on line I'm there in 5 minutes and my order is ready and right and back to the house in 5 minutes enjoying my sandwich

Jimmy Johns has the best bread for a sub. I love the zesty turkey garden club sandwich, even if it is a limited time sandwich. The chocolate chip cookie is also one of the best cookies in a sub shop, the only way they could improve is to open up their own bakery. My only gripe is with the app rewards... after buying four meals obtain a FREE SIDE OF GUACAMOLE ! After another 5 orders you are entitled to A FREE DRINK ! Or A free PICKLE!!! All of these things I can do without lol.

WOW, incredible service. I ordered my sandwich online while sitting in the hair salon chair. The delivery was perfect! He walked into the salon and hand delivered my turkey sandwich TO MY CHAIR.Talk about making your customers feel like royalty!Thank you Jimmy John's!

How can you make a turkey sandwich and forget to add the turkey??? I stopped in on my way home and ordered a beach club. When I got home and opened the sandwich, it was just cheese and toppings. I came to check Yelp and several others have had the same experience. Missing meat. One person literally had ONLY BREAD. I was the only customer and there were at least 3 people working. This must be a joke. I usually go to another location that is always perfect. I would never go to this store and I recommend that you don't either. I don't trust a place that thinks it's funny to mess with people's food and this has to be a joke.

they have the worst attitude here. used to be in the service industry for many years and would never have been so rude to anyone. really hated the way they spoke and treated my boyfriend even though they didn't treat me with respect either. the #7 is amazing but i will never go back would rather someone not ruin a nice vibe on a chill date night with my SO

I ordered on the app for pickup. When I arrived I only saw 1 worker and he was finishing up my sandwich. They were not busy.When I got home, 3 things I selected on the app were not included on my sandwich.I'm disappointed in the quality, especially since my order was clearly selected on the app.Plus the cookie was rock hard.

This place has the worst customer service. Walked in To get the family sandwiches at 2:30 and was told that they're only giving one per customer because they're low on bread. Jimmy John's low on bread? That's like Pizza Hit being low on cheese! Anyway, the girl at the register was a disrespectful and considering I couldn't get my family their lunch, they're not getting my business today nor eve again. Here's a tip, go to the one off 2920 in Tomball.
