Love coming to jimmy johns for a fresh cold sub . I got the Italian today and enjoyed every bite with the fresh veggies. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Great place to enjoy lunch and by the way they're fast freaky fast .The bread was soft and delicious I'm definitely coming back to try other subs .

They make great sandwiches but during this pandemic, and against Harris County mandates, they constantly refuse to wear masks. They guy is making my sandwiches without a mask on. I guess the Covid on my sandwich is free of charge.

Delivery always takes an hour or more at this location. Everything other Jimmy John's I ordered from is lightning fast.

Best Jimmy Johns I've ever been to. Staff is almost very friendly, courteous, and they never mess up my order. They also offer a 50% military discount, which is pretty epic. It it wasn't for the two aforementioned reasons, I probably wouldn't be eating Jimmy a couple times a week. Go to is either of the Italians and give the lettuce wrap a shot, carb free and it almost tastes better!

Won't you John me in celebrating yet another location of this sandwich chain.It has emerged that we like Potbelly much much more than JJs, but it's still a pretty damn good sandwich and much better than Subway despite what the other reviews say.We're talking about some of the better chain store sandwiches around. So it definitely is worth trying, but at the same time it's not far enough above Subway to make it worth it.

Service was fast and sandwich was delicious. Not a bad place to stop if you're in a hurry on your lunch break.

Found not one but two hairs in my sandwich today. Second time in 4 or so months.. I recommend going to mason road .. I have never experienced it there...

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. My order is always correct, and they always offer extras such as napkins, sauces, peppers, pickles, chips. I appreciate that because sometimes I forget. Great location. Fast service! Thank You!

If you have your open sign on at 5 pm and all lights on with employees inside you need to be open. Today they werent and i was told after parking and walking in that they closed at 3. Again if we are trying to support local locations at a dangerous time do your part to not mislead us.

Horrible, miserable service. Will never come back to this location. Snappy back women serving. Dirty tables.
