Jersey Mike's Subs

First time at a Jersey Mike's. Got a #16 & a #6, so both a cold and a hot one. The store was clean, the staff was friendly & efficient, and both subs were great, exactly as ordered. Additionally, they have gf bread, cookies, (UDI's) and all the meats are gf, so there's finally a good gf sandwich option around!

One of my go to places for when I want something quick, delicious, and healthy. The staff here are all awesome, and I'm really impressed by how professional the manager is. I remember one time, I ordered a sandwich without olive oil and when the manager caught it, he made me a new one, even though I didn't think it was a big deal. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I ordered and felt like he really cared about his customers. I will for sure be coming back, especially since I live within walking distance haha!

I love their subs much better than JJ's. The service is always quick and seating Is easy to find

This new location just opened and is one of my favorite sandwich places for fast food. They slice the deli meat in front of you when you order and the bread and veggies are quite fresh. Our fam favorite is the #13 Italian sub. We like to order it Mikes way which comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and some spices. If you like spicy, you can also add their special spicy tangy chopped peppers, jalapeños, or banana peppers. We've also had their Philly cheesesteaks and roast beef sandwiches which are on point but we always gravitate towards our #13.

I got two sandwiches on using some promotional gift cards which were handed out at the Riverstone Clubhouse Halloween event. I did not even know we had a Jersey Mike's Subs in the Riverstone Area. This place blows Subway out of the water, and their prices are even better. Don't be afraid to try your sandwich the Jersey Mike's Subs way with oil and Italian vinegar dressing. I was afraid :) so I got it on the side because most people are afraid of a wet sandwich. Let me tell you I ended up using it all on my sandwich when I got home, and I made it way more wet than they would have done in the store. Don't be shy just try it and eat it within 20-30 minutes. If you are going to save some sandwich a few hours later then maybe, consider getting the oil and Italian vinegar dressing combination on the side.The sandwiches are delicious and made with care. I love their attention to detail and customer service. They really aim to please. They always try to get to know something about their customers, and they love to educate people about their pride in the way Jersey Mike's Subs makes their sandwiches. It looks like a fun place to work, and every seems super happy and chatty. If you have not been here, you need to go try it. The mega sandwich is like 18 dollars, but I could only finish half of it. There are as only 3 people in line and we waited for 25 min. They were not taking any orders from those in line and only full-filling online orders. When asked how long it would take the older female in charge snapped back "as long as it takes with our hands". She was extremely rude from the onset which was extremely disrespectful and disappointing. If the business can not figure out how to address customers waiting in front of them and fulfill online then customer service will continue to suffer.

Philly cheesesteaks were soooo good!!! I'm glad they opened so close to my house. The bread was nice and soft and they didn't skimp on the meat! You can tell they only use quality ingredients. Th service staff were also warm and friendly. It always helps to see smiling faces when you enter an establishment. I hope my other neighbors at Riverstone will discover this gem next to Starbucks.
