Jersey Mike's Subs

The food is great and the employees are super nice. My only complaint is with the online ordering through the app. It's easy to use and I highly recommend it, but the food is never ready when they say it will be. Maybe one out of ten visits has my food ready when it supposed to be. I tried to lean into the curve and showed up 10 minutes late but that wasn't enough. It took them another 15 minutes (25 minutes past when they said it would be ready). It might be a corporate issue outside of the store's control but if they could fix that it would be a five star review.

Even though there is a location just a little ways from here, I am glad that they opened one up in this new shopping complex so close to so many homes. The parking area was pretty full when I arrived at 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon and most of the traffic was for this store as the other ones near it weren't very full or open yet.While there was a line, it did move fairly quickly. There was a good mixture of people ordering cold and hot sandwiches, which was good. I ordered two cheesesteaks and it took about ten minutes to get my sandwiches to go. They were nice and piping hot when I got home, which is a definite plus of the location. We didn't order any drinks from here, but they have Pepsi fountain drinks, along with some stubborn brand drinks, a tea selection, and bottled soda in a fridge near the back where the line forms.They had a good selection of chips as well as David's fresh baked cookies for you to choose from as well.The store was very tidy and clean, even with the obvious crowd of people in line and at the tables, which showed me that they cleaned often and well there. I will definitely be back again.

Came around lunch time today, and boy was this location a mess! I understand that there is a lot of turnover with hourly employees, but with 3 new employees the wait time and customer service was subpar. The girl with the glasses was doing her best to steer the ship, but seemed overwhelmed. If you have 3 new employees, an experienced manager is much needed to help pick up the slack. I enjoy Jersey Mike's sandwiches, but it will be a while before I come back to this location.

Like all the other jersey mikes but on sat and Sunday's gets packed . Not sure if he's the manger or the owner but he's very friendly. Seating can be a challenge on Sunday after church let's out. Great sandwiches great as always.

To clarify...the previous comment regarding that I never had a bad experience at Jersey Mike's before was not in all referencing this location. The fact that the business manager basically says all is good because my previous experience was good tells me that this type of service is acceptable. Not even an apology for the poor service? I wish you the best....

We love this JM! The service is great & fast and our sandwiches always taste so good!!! It's clean inside too! We've come here several times & will continue to give them our business :))

very nice staff but kind of unprofessional. they gave me cheese after i said no though. i'm allergic to cheese

Delicious but PRICEY sandwiches! I got the #2 Jersey Shore favorite and it was super tasty. This store is also very cold and they got the AC on full blast so high that I had to step out. I would love to try their other sandwiches but with other affordable options I may have to skip.

Great service and very friendly guys, the place is very clean for including the restrooms. Their sandwiches are very good, everything super fresh, well prepared and definitely more than enough meats in them. Their to-go box is definitely a plus over only a paper wrap. Absolutely better than subway. It was my 1st time ordering here, it was recommended by my daughter and she was correct when she described the place & the food. I don't mind to drive further from my home to get their superior sandwiches next time or anytime rather than going back to a subway that are closer to my house or practically are everywhere...

I really enjoy this location / but someone was off their game today? Why would you slice a wrap and make it more messy and difficult to eat? ‍
