Great sandwiches. Freshly sliced cold cuts and fixins. Better bring a big appetite. I couldn't finish my sandwich because I was too full.

I seriously can't recommend this place enough. I work close by so I eat here very often. I have never had a bad experience, every sandwich has been delicious. The people taking care of the store are soooo nice and go above and beyond, every time. They even remember my name and order cold sub, hot sub, doesn't matter, it's always good. Thanks for the excellent service and super welcoming environment!

What's not to like about this place. Every time I show up it's clean, organized, and the people are beyond friendly. I don't eat a lot of bread because of how just unhealthy bread is overall for folks. It really is bad. But I digress. When I do eat bread there is a other sub show that does things their "way" and then there is Jersey Mike's who does it the right way. Let's start with I cannot stand subways commercials. They turn me way off and makes me not want to refresh. Your stuff sucks. JM is awesome because you can watch them cut your meat right off the meat slicer like in a deli. Tons of sandwiches and even have a few on a hidden menu you can ask about or Google. I either get the original Italian or the 99, which is a spicy with extra cheese cheese steak. Both are amazing but sometimes you want a traditional sub. Toppings are fresh. The folks are great, talking to you Corey, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. I've already been back like 10 times. Just get ova here already. Say it like you're from Brooklyn. It's fun.

Hands down best freshest subs around. You pay a little more for a lot more quality and quantity.

Jersey Mike's Sub on the Louetta Road is the neighborhood spot. I get a sub two or three times a week and the food is always fresh. Most notably, JMS Staff are amazing! They are always courteous and smiling. The staff always ask me how I am doing. A lot of folks will casually ask someone how they are doing because it is something to say as a greeting, but this staff actually means it when they asks. Today, they are hosting a charity event where 100% of sales will go to the Special Olympics. What a wonderful company! I love what they stand for and I really appreciate their crew as they always make day!

Didn't make "right" a faulty situation.Ordered on the app for delivery, customizing my sandwich to remove the cheese & asked for the plain bread. Additionally, made a special note to emphasize a SEVERE DAIRY ALLERGY. The sandwich delivered to me was completely wrong - made with the cheese bread and more cheese inside. I immediately called this location and while explaining the situation, was interrupted with a generic "you'll have to talk to the regional office," and was transferred to another line that immediately hung up on me. Following this, I submitted an email and online contact form.... Yet, there was no effort to remedy the situation.No refund, no replacement, just a meal that ended up in the trash.

Closet I have found to New York Subs. Great variety. Staff is friendly, accommodating and fast!

It's always tasty but I always order online and ask for extra lettuce and I swear they skimp because I asked for extra. It's not coming out of your paycheck, y'all chill

This is an excellent spot! Always clean and the best service overall I've ever had. The employees are always so friendly and nice and really go out of their way to make you happy!

Better than your average sandwich - always get cheesesteak beef or chicken. A fast food establishment that focuses on training their staff - it shows from the greeting when you walk in through to when you check out.
