Jersey Mike's Subs

This jersey mikes location has the BEST large chocolate chip cookies. I will drive the extra few minutes to come to this location vs the one by my house because of the difference in taste :)

I have never been to a Jersey Mikes until today and this place is Banging. I hate sandwich shops. I was only ever fans of one place that left this area a long time ago. Lenny's Sub Shop. Subway isn't what it should be and Jimmy John's is rather bland. I only came in to pick up my siblings orders and the smell made me grab a little something for myself. I'm blind as heck without my glasses so I asked the young lady at the counter "what do you like?" and all she asked after was "hot or cold?". She gave me the #56 and I have no idea what it's called, but it was gooey and meaty w jalapeños . It was quick transaction and I barely had the time to snap a few pics so excuse the lighting. Everyone greeted me as I walked in even though they were busy doing other tasks and it was a very welcoming environment. It was dark outside, but the inside was well lit and wasn't loud. All in all I loved this place tonight and I'll be back.

Adding portobello mushrooms to cheesesteak sandwich added a nice complimentary flavor to it. However, the ratio to mushrooms and meat was a bit off. I had somewhat too many mushrooms tbh. The cheese was fantastic though and nice and full of flavor. However, the star of the dish, the steak, was somewhat of a disappointment. The steak tasted like... well... kinda like steak but Philly steak typically has an extra flavor to it that's unique. My last issue was the chipotle sauce.. that also typically packs a punch in the flavor department. But at times I couldn't taste the chipotle sauce at all and I didn't get the spice you typically get with it as well. The cookie was though; the chocolate chips were huge and melted in my mouth. I just wish there were more chips through out the cookie, half of the cookie was loaded with them and the other half didn't have that many at all.

9.2.23 A wrap tonight for dinner. We skipped lunch. I have to say the lady named Kristin is always very understanding about my food allergies. (No tomatoes!) I really appreciate it. I like getting a wrap instead of a sandwich. (Less bread) They are very tasty. This location is an hour from our new home but we stop here whenever we are in Cypress. (Which that has been a lot lately)

Very important for managers and owners to go back over and teach their employees how to greet customers. And when a customer asked for something in a certain way, don't get upset or frustrated nor should we ever roll our eyes. Every customer that comes in that door is more than likely older than you and if they're doing DoorDash maybesome sort of pick up for someone else other than ourselves. We need to respect them. And why are you so dirty wired the counters dirty? Why are we saying bread Grimes? Please straighten your situation out we would hate for the health department to come in.

Audrey is amazing ! The best Jersey Mikes in Cypress. Great service and the staff (not only Audrey) was very welcoming. Very clean and the restrooms were clean as well. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the sandwich was on point. Will definitely be back thanks Jersey Mikes.

The staff over charges every time!When I tried to discuss this, they just acted like I was even talking, or more over like they weren't even listening.It's like they don't know I can just go to the next Jersey Mike just a mile away.I won't be back. Rude, not listening, and overcharging...No thank you

I've always been a fan of Jersey Mike's, so having a location very close by is so nice. The restaurant is great, plenty of people working there, so everything was very efficient. Person working the register went to wash his hand before going near the food, and then put on gloves. So nice to have people care about cleanliness. The sandwiches were delicious, maybe a bit better than other locations. I always get "Mike's way" and Cherry pepper jelly. The sandwiches were artfully made with care, and I am in sandwich heaven. So, great location, clean, friendly workers, and great sandwiches. We'll be back!

I eat at Jersey Mike's often but I doubt I'll go to the Berry Center location again. It may have been the worst sandwich I've ever had. The bread was like Styrofoam. Old dry stale. The mini I ordered had a mini top, but the bottom was a cut down regular. The other part of my order was missing the requested banana peppers. Very diferent than the Sugar Land store. Sugar Land does it right. Do NOT recommend.

This new Location just gained a loyal customer. I had an online coupon on my phone that I did not know how to use or order from the app and to tell you the truth the kind Gentleman who helped me at first did not either! Lol. However he handed my phone to one of the "youngsters" And when nobody else could figure it out Ben came out from the back who i'm assuming was the m o d and worked his magic on the register. He granted me my coupon. Everybody was very kind and polite the sandwiches were delicious. They will see my wife and me once a week! Thanks again Ben and your crew
