The sandwich here was SOOOOO good, their slogan is "A sub above" and it really means it, the only problem is that I didn't get my sub toasted when I asked for it toasted, but good job on your sub-making 4 out of 5 stars, would come back here

I had to delete the jersey mikes app off my phone entirely so that i remember never to eat here again. Specifically this location extra sucks. I've never been here and left with what i ordered, they are always out of something or get the order wrong. I'll be at Jimmy John's for a sandwich next time

So glad this place is near my house. Gave up eating bread for health reasons, but like to splurge every once in a while. And when I do I get the 99, on white. Why? Because I am a glutton. Their menu is huge, tons of cold/hot sandwiches for you to indulge in. They have some real sugar sodas there from the fountain, and I think canned too. Lunch time is fairly busy, but usually you can walk in and get your sandwich pretty instantly. Friendly staff, good food. Convenient? I'll be back.

Love it here! The employees always welcome you in, and are friendly. I am a regular here during their lunch rushes they are extremely dedicated to getting those orders out. Usually it's busy during their lunches because they give online and in store orders and they give attention to every customer. I like that they are pleasant and care about their customers. The sandwiches are a little pricey but you do get what you pay for

3 stars because the sandwiches taste just like all the rest of the locations so you know what to expect, but minus 2 because the staff working wasn't welcoming or friendly. We were the only ones when we walked in and I said a friendly hello! No one answered. They all stood around and talked to each other pretty unprofessionally after the order was completed. On a positive note as we were leaving it looked like 2 new employees started their shift and seemed much friendlier as they thanked us when we left walked out.

Very disorganized - employees don't communicate. I Ordered online - I did not have time to wait so got there at the said time - the cashier asked the sandwich maker where the sandwhich was - maker said I set it right there - turns out they gave my sandwich to another customer - who had gone to his car and while I am standing there he brings it back in - cashier tries to put it in the bag and hand it to me - I am like "no way" - I said I need to go - cashier says you will have to wait in line - at which time I said let me talk to the manager. I told her I wanted a refund - she said I can only refund the sandwich - I asked why - she said you can still have the chips - I said I don't want the chips without the sandwich - after some back and fourth she finally refunded the order. I will not be back to that jersey mikes - the though of the cashier handing me a sandwich someone else handled is disgusting...

Like the subs. Awful service. Didn't really care that I was waiting for the food I ordered through the 'convenient' app. Process should be better than 3 people working and the other two doing very little.

The staff is so friendly and personable! We agreed that it was actually fun to order (I've never had "fun" ordering a sandwich). They greet you once you walk in! The business is very clean, we will definitely be back!!
