Jersey Mike's Subs

This is the THIRD time we have ordered from this location using their app and it is the THIRD time the order has been wrong. I haven't complained or made a review previously because I had good experiences with this location pre COVID. But this is ridiculous! When you spend $59 for sandwiches the minimum quality standards should exist.I don't know if the workers do not care or literally can not READ. They have messed our order up each time. Putting mayo on sandwiches that do. It have mayo listed. Then we order to sandwiches add bacon, paid for it... and did not get bacon. My sandwich bread was literally hard as a rock. This is the second time it was this hard. Last time, I asked for the rosemary bread and thought maybe it was hard because no one else was eating it. This time I ordered white, thinking they should have plenty of that fresh (my sandwich was the club, a cold sandwich) and STILL HARD! See video.This is crap. Don't use their app, only order inside where you can BABYSIT THE PEOPLE AS THEY MAKE A SANDWICH! Guess, IThe yelp app would not allow me to post a video of me tapping the sandwich with a knife to show how hard it was so look at me trying to pinch this BRICK!

Oh, Jersey Mike's CYPRESS you never fail me! The hubby and I went for a quick lunch date today and we could not have been happier with our visit. First we were greeted by Miguel, the owner. Then we went to order and a wonderful young man, Cory helped us. I told him about my food allergies and we jumped right in and started preparing the area. He was so pleasant. Manners and everything!!! Miguel, you should be so happy to have this young man working for you. Your staff has ALWAYS accommodated me and my allergies! Thanks again for the great service and great sandwiches. We will see you soon.

Amazingly friendly service and staff! Fresh food and easy to get food to go. The staff was so nice to offer us a cup with ice to drink our bottle of Pepsi to go. We will be returning to get food here! 5 stars in my book!

Usually decent sandwiches but they blew it tonight. Ordered on the app and had it delivered. Ordered three sandwiches and all three were wrong. Two super subs with the works, both ordered with bacon(extra charge $1.50 per sandwich) and it was missing on both. Both were missing the cappacuolo. One was missing tomato and onion. The third sandwich was supposed to be Turkey with lettuce and cheese only It came with onions, tomatoes, and oil&vinegar. Wife called and they said they were out of bacon and several other items. When she asked if they were going to reverse the extra charges they said they can't??? BS!!!! She told them to remake her turkey sandwich and they told her she would have to come get it because they wouldn't deliver it.Why wouldn't you call the customer and let them know you couldn't make the order right and just send whatever? They only offered one free sandwich on the next visit. That's not acceptable!

The many times I've been here, the "frat boy" employees scoff at my order and give me attitude because they have to work and make a sub. This last time they yelled sarcastically "I love my job!" and snarked at me. Deplorable customer service. Delicious food though, as long as they don't spit in it...

At a time when exceptional customer service is rare, this shop is a happy surprise. Aiden has waited on us twice. He knows our signature order and is pleased to create the perfect sandwiches. Thanks Aiden for being THAT guy.

We walked in at 8:52 on Friday and they told us they where closed. The sign on the front door said 9pm unfortunately this is the 3rd time within the last month that we have been denied service during "business hours" Jersey mikes has great sandwiches but the customer service sure could use so attention.

First time at Jersey Mike's must say this place was extremely quick, they were busy when we arrived but we were in and out in less than 8 minutes. Food was nice & fresh, packed extremely well and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will defiantly be coming back.

I'm not a regular customer but when I do go to Jersey Mike's I thoroughly enjoy the subs. They are HUGE! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The owner, Miguel, is really involved in fundraising with all the schools in the area too.

Okay.... So for anyone who's like me, I read the reviews and laughed because I was like ok how do you get a sandwich made wrong when they're standing in front of you. Literally after reading a lot of these reviews I still decided to go. I personally don't leave a lot of negative reviews or reviews period but... THEY GAVE ME CHICKEN INSTEAD OF STEAK AND I PAID $22.00. So yes the people before me were right and now I know. So beware. Especially with the cost of everything going up, take yourself to subway.
