Jersey Mike's Subs

The app cannot find my work address so I can never order for delivery even though I am literally across the street. The new owner has been informed but he is hasn't fixed the error; he emailed the app people once and copied me on it. Too bad bc I used to order all the time.

I want SO badly to love this place, but it's just too difficult to get food quickly in a time when other sandwich places are "freaky fast" and still allow you to "eat fresh." I've tried this location 5 times now over the past couple of months but the issues are the same -- priority is absolutely given to online orders received, NOT to people standing in line, and the waits are ridiculous (30 minutes after the pickup time given) even if you order online. There's also no communication or system at all to get food passed out. People are just standing around unhappy as they wait for orders. My last trip here there were 12 bags on the counter, nobody trying to hand them out. One guy finally got fed up and asked where his food was and poof! It's sitting on the counter -- along with three other people standing around waiting. There were 5 couples in line, but after 10 minutes of waiting I finally left and went to the Thai place next door. I tried again yesterday and the staff was great. I was in and out as it should be, this during lunch. Sandwich was delicious. The guy on the register was super friendly and great. But seriously -- either get a second meat slicer to handle all the online orders or alternate in your line more frequently. Foot traffic may not be your money maker but it certainly is part of your reputation maker --or breaker. You get three stars but that's being very generous. As of my first two encounters it was 1 or less, so you're getting there.

Such an incredibly kind and hardworking staff! Always so polite and personable. I've had their sandwiches several times since they opened and our business loves having them for lunch a few times a week as their food is fresh, clean and quick. The employees are the best reason to come here. Great lunch spot especially for those on the go.

Subway beware Jersey, Mike's is taking over. Huge subs, freshly sliced meat, and loads of vegetables.Yes, they are more expensive, but I've done the math. You get far more sub for your money here, then, at Subway, and they actually taste addictively delicious. If you've never been, just go once. You'll be hooked. I've not been to Subway in years unless out of pure desperation

when you order extra bacon on a bacon sandwich (and pay for it), it's b.s. to not get it. then when you call them they don't even care. this particular location is absolute crap. who ever answered the phone was very nonchalant about stealing my money (yep it's stealing when you pay for something and don't get it). i'm never ordering from them again. which wich it is. do better, morons.

Solid. Ordered the original italian. Was pretty good. Staff was friendly and overall process was smooth. I had a bad experience a couple years back at a Jersey Mike's, and will say this place completely turned around my perspective on the chain. Quality of sandwich was good, and the thinly sliced Italian deli meat was moist and good quality. Veggies tasted fresh as well.4 stars because for two reasons. First i wasn't paying attention and didn't realize they had sliced my sandwich, so when I unwrapped some of it to eat, it fell out making a huge mess all over my clothes and table. Feels half my fault for sure, but considering the size of the sandwich, and no question if I wanted my sandwich sliced, individually wrapped, etc, since sandwich didn't come with an instruction manual, I consider it a reasonable point of view. Even after making a huge mess, I would have expected someone to come over and help clean, or inquire, but no staff came by, and i was eating with a huge mess of lettuce around me. Not their fault, but I would expect some response for 5 stars. Second, Im still on the fence of this Mike's way. When ordering, the lady was asking me "do I want it Mikes wa--", which i was very confused and had to ask to understand what she was even saying. And lo and behold there is a low hanging sign saying what it is. Anyways, so I do it Mike's way, and while much better than the last time I came, it still made my sandwich a bit more wet and drippy than I would have liked. Really didn't know what to expect, which in my pov, store recommendations should nail down the new customer experience.Overall staff was friendly, store is pretty clean, and ample parking outside. Recommend for a quick lunch!

Ordered two sandwiches through the app for pickup at the store. On my sandwich (a #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak), I expressly unclicked jalapenos on the customization tab. The receipt lists that the sandwich was supposed to have meat, cheese, onions, mushrooms and green peppers, but does not list jalapenos. So my wife gets the sandwiches home, and mine had jalapenos along with the other veggies. And you can't just pull them out because you can still taste the juice from them in the sandwich. When I called to let them know they kind of ruined my dinner, the employee responded, "we got really busy and had a lot of sandwiches on the grill." Well guess what? Keep screwing up people's orders, and that grill is going to get a lot less busy. Particularly when I tipped several dollars for the experience. Not cool, Jersey Mikes. Not cool at all.

Had to get my weekly Jersey Mikes, today it was the #9 Club Supreme. As usual the employees were all friendly and the sandwich was delicious! Go get your Jersey Mikes today!

They make such a good sandwich with freshly cut meats and cheeses. Way better than their competitors.

I went to the Bellaire location and the shift leader John was very awesome very respectful and took his time to take care of Ms rosemary and myself (mary) I really do appreciate him alot.Thank you Mary Ann Capistran 832 677 2622
