Jersey Mike's Subs

Food is always tasty and the staff are friendly! I order here frequently. Ive tried a variety of the subs and they are all tasty.

I went into the restaurant today to pick up a DoorDash order, and I was yelled at by the manager, stating that he will not serve me if my service animal does not have a labeled vest on which he is not required by law to wear, and he had a vest and leash on, but not hislabeled vest he still continue to raise his voice at me and tell me what he wasn't going to serve me in anyway when Security got there, I showed them that my dog is registered even though I know I was not legally obligated. Then I had the police come to make a police report because I will be suing them. He told the police that he did not want to go back-and-forth with me because he did not know the law.

Quick service in delivery when I order. The store is clean and their subs are my favorite. This location is a nice spot to get your favorite sub sandwich.

This was a great location with fast efficient service. The sand which was good as usual. The real difference was the attitude and expert proficiency of the crew behind the counter making the food, in particular , "T".He greeted me immediately and took my order and the order of two other customers. He prepared a three sandwiches at the same time and didn't have to ask what we wanted a second time, even after I changed the order slightly mid stream. T was in constant motion and was working the entire time I was there even though the lunch rush slowed. The store was clean and he thanked me for my business. if he is not managing, he should be.He and his team are what all employees should aspire to be. Friendly and efficient. They definitely made me want to return to this store again.

When I say this hit the spot, I ate everything and wished there was so much more. Jersey Mike's has been a staple, long before the days of Jimmy John's. It opened in the late 60's when subs weren't yet popularized in New Jersey, and is now especially prevalent in Southern California. Recently they partnered with their first celebrity endorser, Jersey native Danny DeVito - who's also a huge fan of the #13 Original Italian, which is exactly what I ordered today.I'm not really much of a bread person (I know, it's a crime) so I opted Sub Bowl, which is was all the meats and toppings piled on top of a bed of lettuce. It was appetizing to look at and even more appetizing to eat. The hot peppers and pepperoncini peppers gave it that much needed kick. I ordered extra onions and layered them with Italian meats in every bite. Yum! It's such a good idea for those on paleo or carb free diets (which I like to claim I'm on). It's so nice to enjoy a sandwich in this form. Their current ad campaign might be "it's a Jersey thing" but in my book it's an Atlanta thing too :)

I ordered a super sub "mikes way." It was delicious, but a little messy. The sandwich maker double checked how much mayo I'd want on it, which was nice. The restaurant is clean. Despite clearly being understaffed, the speed of service was decent. Because they're understaffed though, they'll cater to customers waiting in line before handling online orders. I'll be back.

I really give them 3 1/2 stars..... Very glad this location opened up! I was there on opening day and almost every week since! I like subs! Let's get in to the details...Pros1. They make great subs. I'm a fan of the #65 portabella chicken cheese steak and #13 the original Italian.2. They have a great smartphone app. Makes ordering easy.3. It's near my house. I can walk to pick up my order.4. Staff is generally friendly Cons (why 3 1/2 and not 4-5 stars):1. Service has gone down since they opened. 75% of my sub orders are not cut in half (I specify this in the app every time) They rarely include the requested extra napkin's 2. My orders lately are not ready by the specified time on the app. In one case they completely forgot the order.3. Doesn't affect me since I always order on the app, but at busy lunch times they have long lines and doesn't seem they are working efficiently. Looks like too many chiefs watching and not enough workers doing...4. For the past month their door facing Sidney Marcus Rd. has been in disrepair and can't be accessed. Bad look and a pain for someone who wishes to enter/exit via Sidney Marcus. (Like me!) If they address the cons, may improve their rating. Still like the subs and the convenience!

Jersey Mikes opened a new location in our neighborhood and we decided to try it for lunch. We ordered our subs on their website for pickup. When I arrived to pickup our lunch, the food was not ready and waited 10 extra minutes. I had a veggie sub and my partner had a hot chicken sub. My veggie sub was bland. Bread was too soft, cheese was plastic tasting, and veggies not fresh. My partner said pretty much the same about his sub. I thought Jersey Mike's might be a step up from Subway but obviously not. Service was slow, food was not great, we probably won't return.

I get wrong sandwich then I ask the cashier she say don't know anything. Then the person who's cutting the meets try to convince me the he was right I been customer of JM for years I know the difference between one or another sandwich. Nobody take responsibility bad experience.

The veggie sandwich is sooo good! Friendly service, fresh ingredients, clean establishment. I like that you can customize your order online. Order was made quickly and pick-up was a breeze.
