Jeff’s Bagel Run

This isn't a bagel. It's a soft, cottony, underbaked roll. I'm going to try toasting one but wow was this a disappointment. Spreads are varied and tasty. But this isn't what I was hoping for to end the Triangle bagel drought

When you tout "best bagels outside of NY" you better deliver.The pros:Convenience with the app you can order and have it ready for pick up. Location has good parking and easy in/out. Very cute and modern packaging for boxing and cute wooden utensils.The real deal:A dozen bagels is a dozen. Not a bakers dozen. The bagels are what I would consider maybe better than Einstein Bagel. They are dense, chewy, heavy. The flavor of the bagel is basically nothing. The topping are uneven. Some bagels have a lot, some barely have enough. The cream cheese is ok, it's not NY style. For the price, the quality and quantity are not it. There's better bagels shops here in Raleigh. Probably wouldn't go back unless they make some quality changes. If Jeff is listening, some big changes need to be made to compete with the other bagel shops here in town. Otherwise, you are a fancy Bruggers/Einsteins bagel.

My favorite bagel spot in the RDU so far. I hope they continue to keep up their quality and consistent creativity because most places go downhill after a while. We walked in for 1/2 dozen mixture and the flight of 3 diff cream cheeses of your choice. Definitely love the chewiness on the outside and soft inside. The cashier was very friendly and they provided quick service.

So grateful for the excellent service! Best coffee and love that the bagels and cream cheese are made fresh daily. I always eat one while I'm there and it's still hot and then take a few home to toast later in the week. Never disappointed and it's always fun trying the flavor of the day:)

This store only has bagels, smear and coffee. It's pricey. The bagels are very fluffy. The Asiago cheese was coming off as I ate it. The prices are high for coffees. I was disappointed that they didn't offer more sandwich bagels other than cream cheese flavors.

The seasonal latte was absolutely amazing and the maple brown sugar cream cheese !!! Need it on the permanent menu asap . Jeff's bagels are hands down the best in NC.

Bagels are great, schmears are great, and the customer service was great! I got vegetable, chive and Jalapeño spreads. They were in a whipped cream cheese base. Could not tell you which was best.Highly recommend.

Cool shop, nice new concept for RDU! Refreshing to see a simple menu and concept in a world of too many choices. These guys do a few things and do them well. Great coffee, awesome bagels, and amazing cream cheese spreads, and that's it! No need to over complicate the process! I'm a born New Yorker and this is the best bagel combo I've ever had... Jalapeño cheddar with chive and onion spread. The bagels are warm and the combos are different but who cares if the bagel isn't what I expected, it's just plain good! This isn't your grandparents bagel shop...it's better. If you're a self proclaimed bagel fanatic like me, throw your preconceived notions out the door and just enjoy good food.

These bagels are undisputed in this area. Lots of places claim to make New York quality bagels, I've tried them all around here, but this is the only place in the triangle that delivers. Super fresh, full of depth and texture. Cream cheese is incredible as well. Great service, friendly staff. You can't go wrong here.

To preface, I had high expectations--I knew it was a bit odd that I had to pay separately for cream cheese but wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. The bagel is cold since they boil and don't toast them. You spread the cream cheese yourself as well.... Bagel also had no taste and was rubbery. I paid to make my own bagel essentially lol. If you love Bruegger's Bagels, don't expect similar. Other than that the ambiance is nice, just expected more!
