Jax Burgers Fries & Shakes

I do a lot of burger reviews and this place is not bad but not great. My issue is the meat is not seasoned very well or maybe at all. The menu is a confusing with the sides, they have baskets for combos and baskets for sides that come in different sizes. Just not straight forward. Maybe I was there on a bad day, but if the meat had any seasoning it would be a sold 4 stars.

Service was great. Oreo shake was even better! Made with care , took their time the bar is nice if you want to dine In.

We had nice staff, although the burgers and the chicken tenders were greasy and hard, and the fries are a little too salty, and hard.

This place offers "WOW" items on their menu, especially their shakes. This place is my "Go To" for shakes, along with many other items on their menu. They offer the tastiest, thickest shakes and are generous sized. I always feel like they gave me a great bargain of tasty, generous portioned food, and that's why we keep coming back and recommend to our friends and family. Keep up the great work!

Really like this place. The grilled Cajun chicken sandwich and Cajun fries were both great. The only issue was the chicken was a bit tough, I had to hold on to the chicken to keep it from coming out of the bread. I'm definitely coming back to try their other sandwiches. The Cajun fries were some of the best I've had.

Came here for lunch after a movie and really enjoyed the service and the food. First time coming to Jax, so we had some questions about the menu, and the staff was very helpful and happy to answer questions. I really enjoyed their hot dog and the brown mustard that came on it. My husband got the classic with fries and really enjoyed the patties and freshness of the veggies. Their fries were also pretty good. They seem freshly cut, and with the jalapeño ketchup they have, it was a great combo.

This is a solid burger joint. I ordered the Baja burger and it was perfectly cooked seasoned and full of flavor. The Cajun fries were tasty. The restaurant is basic and easy to get around. The kitchen has the budget out fast and the TV has the game on. The only issue I have is the price. $20 for a mail so it should be good. Worth your time when you are in the area.

We had planned an afternoon at Dave and Busters but did want to eat there. Thankfully we found Jax very close by. It's not a big place but we were warmly welcomed when walking in. The menu isn't extensive but it had plenty for us to choose from. We went with a single Classic with garlic Parmesan fries, a double Classic with Cajun fries, a kid's cheeseburger with fries & a kids chicken tenders with tots. All of the food was delicious and cooked well. The Double Classic that I had was great. Finished it off by splitting an Oreo milkshake that was great as well! All in all, if you're looking for a burger joint that's in the area of the AMC theater or Dave & Busters, I would recommend Jax.

This was my first time eating here. The food was delicious but the service lacked. First thing you do when come in is order your food and pay. I did not notice that they offer a 25% discount for military and frist responders till after I sat down at my table. I went back up and asked if they could give me back my difference (being that it would have been almost $10 off) and they told me no they could not because I paid with a credit card. I'm very disappointed because it was not advertised well before I paid nor was I asked if I was a first responder. Also I ordered the Avacado Swiss burger with no tomato and when receiving my meal my I had received a burger with NO Avacado and tomato on it.All this being said I wish someone would have referred me to a manager being that it looked as if everyone working was a teenager just there for a paycheck.

Patty melt was delicious!! and their burgers are huge. both my wife and myself had to take half of it home!! I highly recommend this place. The surface was excellent. The environment was nice and quiet.
