Hidden gem!!! The gentlemen was so knowledgeable on coffee bean!!! We got to sample the c&c and French roast! I love both to be honest!!! One is stronger than the other but I can definitely consume both! I chose French roast because I want the Smokey coffee taste. Overall, great experience here and will be back to get more coffee bean!!

This store is wonderful for fresh roasted coffee bean, whole or ground to your specifications. I have bought my coffee here for years. A bit hard to find but worth it.

We have been picking up fresh roasted on site coffee beans here since Bill and Bill were working the counter. Sumatra, Moca Seneni Yemen, and Kenya are top on our list. They have a huge selection, all of which can be seen on their website. www.javacoffee.com Give them your email and they will send you a list of two coffees and one tea they are offering specials on at the beginning of each month. They are tucked back in a L-shaped shopping center on Fondue @ Westheimer. Typically, they have samples of brewed coffee and tea at the counter. Support local!

I love coming here. The owner is so sweet. He's educated me on all things coffee. From the different aromas to the the scale of acidic coffees, it's a multifaceted curriculum and very interesting to learn about. I purchased the Toddy cold brew from here and it's been fun exploring different blends. He has lots of other "coffee equipment" and a selection of herbal teas and even gifts. Cute place from the smells when you walk in the door!

This place has the BEST coffee hands down. You can choose if they ground the coffee for you or provide the beans. The selection is MASSIVE and the owner is very knowledgeable about where the beans come from, the taste, texture, and flavor. Amazing quality coffee!

I have been buying coffee beans from them for years. They are not as convenient than buying grocery store coffee and sometimes it doesn't matter. Unless... unless you have a prosumer espresso machine and need your coffee beans to be consistent and freshly roasted. Store bought coffee is often not fresh and that may not impact an automatic drip machine's results as much as it does pulling a shot of espresso. You need the beans at their peak. Prices are in line with grocery store prices and you cannot beat their attention to providing a great product. They do sell some other things in their store, like greeting cards and other tea/coffee paraphernalia.

Wifey and I and our daughter-in-law picked up three half pound bags of beans, my two unground and one flavored one ground, the young man that waited on us ground the flavored because it makes a bit of a mess in your home grinder and you have to clean it....good tip. I've tried both bags that I got and they were very good. I took a star off of my review because the bags the beans are in don't have a roast date or a use by date. I like that info 'cause I bought a bunch of beans from another roaster that didn't have it on their bags and they were old and flavorless...the ones bought here were very good.

An absolute gem!!!Coffee beans are roasted in house.Antique and very authentic, from the merchandise to the store owner!Owner gave us free samples. Just visiting the place was the most unique coffee experience I've ever had in the States.
