Jarrettown Hotel Italian Restaurant

Food is great here! Service is hit or miss and the outdoor seating is highly recommended. I've been coming to Jarrettown hotel for years, even before they did the beautiful renovations and every time, I am happy with the food. They offer variety of food and at times, they run out of the dish so remember to not look at the menu before actually coming to this place haha the servers are always nice but the hostess/owner can be rude at times. The outdoor sitting is super nice, especially during the summer months when the weather is nice. The parking lot is huge here that's always a plus! Definitely check this place out!

Went there on Sunday night, sat on the porch which was nice. We ordered a Caesar salad ($10.00) which we split, the scallops and shrimp ($24.00) and that evenings special which was Halibut and only water to drink. The bill came to $98.00 (with tax). So ($60.00 special). Buyer beware!! To be honest I didn't review the bill before I signed and left and later that night it hit me that that was an exorbitant amount for 2 entrees and a salad. We won't be going back. Wasn't worth it.

The food is always great, but the service not so much. Our waitress looked and acted like she wanted to be in bed. Also I made a reservation for 730 and the kitchen closes at 8!!We were totally rushed! Why would the restaurant make a reservation at 730? When the kitchen closes at 8. A $400 bill and I felt like we were in a fast food restaurant.

I have been coming to Jarrettown for years with my family and nearly every Friday for the past 2 years. The service and food are amazing! Lauren is the best, my kids love her, she is extremely attentive and knows our family so well! Nikki is also awesome! We frequently see a lot of the same diners and talk to many of the other patrons whom we regularly see who also love Jarrettown. The atmosphere at Jarrettown is cozy, friendly, warm; it feels like home. We especially love the bolognese, the house special and their veal Marsala!

I can't believe I haven't written a review Jarrettown yet! We've been coming here for years and we love the food, staff, and atmosphere. They do a great happy hour, have live music on Friday and Saturday nights, a pretty extensive kids menu, and patio seating. Last week I realized I hadn't planned anything yet for dad's 80th birthday, and I didn't have the time or energy to do the work of a party at home on a weeknight. I filled out the event inquiry form on Jarrettown's website and received a prompt response with availability, info, and suggestions. We were only a group of 10-15 people, but didn't really want to do a sit down dinner in the restaurant because we had a couple of small kids who need to move around and we generally prefer cocktail style anyway. The event coordinator (Lauren) was so helpful in providing us options for where in the restaurant we could have our party so that we could have the type of event we (and my dad) wanted. On the evening of the party everything went smoothly, the room looked great, food was excellent, and service was perfect. We all had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this restaurant for dining, events, and even just grabbing drinks at the bar!

Had wonderful dinner with my wife and son at Jarrettown. The service was incredibly quick for both drinks and entrees. The menu has an excellent selection and accommodates different diets. Our server was very courteous and friendly. I really enjoy the ahi tuna while my wife had the gnocchi with vodka sauce. They make an excellent dirty gin martini. It's a place I feel comfortable bringing a young child as it's very family friendly. All in all a great Sunday night dinner and reasonable price.

I was here for a funeral luncheon. The staff did well with accommodating a large group. We had a choice between salmon, chicken parm and a vodka pasta . All were good. The salmon was cooked nicely. The pasta with the salmon and chicken parm was bland. The vodka pasta was good. Desserts trays with mini cannolis and cheesecake bites were put on each table. They were very good. The drinks were horrible. I ordered a raspberry cosmo that tasted like straight up vodka. I asked for an additional mixer or club soda. The bartender's response- I guess not everyone can drink like me Really?! She gave me some cranberry juice and told me there was no raspberry in the Raspberry kiss Cosmo Again really?! I asked for a sangria instead. Two previous orders were a different color with fruit. Mine looked very different with no fruit. An order after mine was same as first two. I won't go back here.

The food, service, and ambiance at the Jarrettown are all consistently excellent. Everyone from the owner, to the managers, the servers, bartenders and the wait staff are friendly, professional and helpful.The food is consistently good. It's a great place for anything from an intimate dinner to a family gathering.Highly recommended!

Another Great Dinner at the Jarrettown Hotel. The Staff always so friendly and accommodating. Lauren, Nikki and Emily always go out of their way to say hello. Service is Great and I love that we are never rushed like some restaurants where they just need to turn over the tables. The appetizers, salads and main meal is always great, with very large portions.Jarrettown is a true Gem in Dresher.

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEThe facts:* Upon being seated, the server greeted us and told us the specials. * Minutes later she returned, and we provided her with our order. The order consisted of a Caesar salad as an appetizer and broiled fish entrees. Nothing out of the ordinary.* After taking our order, we were completely ignored. The server failed to refill our water glasses. * We patiently waited as we watched service being provided to other guests. * We waited over forty-five minutes before we received the appetizer and entrees. They were served simultaneously by two other servers, not the original server.* I complained about the appetizer and entrees being served simultaneously. General Manager Lauren Sands said she would take the fish entree back to the kitchen, while I eat the Caesar salad.* After eating the Caesar salad and waiting a good twenty minutes, I finally received my entrée. It was cold and poorly cooked.The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. Furthermore, they were rude, discourteous, and inattentive. General Manager Sands is abrasive, arrogant, and abrupt. She is in desperate need of interpersonal skills training.Jarrettown claims to be an upscale restaurant. From the above experience, one will conclude it is far from achieving such a status. Jarrettown is below mediocre.AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS.
