Janakpur Indian Restaurant & Bar

Have always thought I couldn't find Indian food that was comparable to Lindon. OMG. Found it. Mic drop.

I came here on a Thursday night with my partner and it was great. They weren't too busy and the food came out fairly quickly. I can't have gluten and was so happy they had gluten free rice bread. It was almost as good as naan which is great. We got the saag paneer and the Dal Tarkka. They were both good but the saag paneer was very good. Overall delicious food and a great time.

Ordered take out/pick up order. I got the chicken tikka masala, medium spice and upgraded to the saffron rice. I also ordered a veggie samosa appetizer.Everything was perfect. The portion of the chicken tikka was large which I really appreciated. I have tried other places in the Westminster/Broomfield area and the portions here are a much better value! You can order pick up through their website without any fees, highly recommend!

We ordered delivery and it was amazing! Portions sizes are perfect for sharing and everything was perfectly spiced. Chicken tikka masala is the best I've had in a very long time. I could sit down and eat the whole dish of saag in one sitting.Can't wait for the next date night when we can order again.

Janakpur is awesome. The food is delicious and the service is friendly, attentive, and quick. Today I had Madras (Madrasi curry, with fish, spiced "hot"), garlic-cheese naan, and Gajar Halwa (carrot pudding) for dessert. I loved the Madras. The naan was the best I have ever had: fresh, soft, hot, tasty. Perhaps softer or ticker than most. The halwa was sweet, spiced well. I just don't like carrots at all so I'm surprised i ordered it, but I longed for a halwa I once had in Chennai, so I tried it. This dessert was good here, but it is definitely carrots! :-) This is a great location. Not busy. Very easy to get to and to get in and out of the parking lot. Great parking. They seem to have a healthy take out and delivery business.Try Janakpur. You'll love it!

Bathrooms are very clean coming from a plumber the food is very good and hot and temperature which is good. I got the spicy and my wife got the mild together. We're very happy together. They have very nice music playing in the background. very, very, very elegant. I really enjoyed myself.

This place never fails and Always satisfying and Delicious!!!! Even the mild is super tasty! I can onyl eat hot 2 weeks outta the month to keep heatness at bay since sauna daily is my heat maxout. We tried one new thing which is the fruit mixec naan and I am hooked! A hint of sweetness! They have the best naan, aleays said it and it still stands!

Janakpur was recommended by a friend who had been living in the area. When I realized it was so close to my house I knew I needed to stop by. I took a look at the menu and tried to figure out what some of the most popular dishes are and order based on that. I tried the Tikka Masala and it was really good. I also tried the bread sampler which came with garlic naan, cheese naan, and aloo paratha. The aloo paratha was divine. It was my first time trying it, but it was like a pillowy piece of heaven!The Tikka masala was really good too. There was a good portion of food. I had plenty left after I ate to my heart's content so I got a few meals out of the portion. This was so yummy.The restaurant itself was quiet and cozy when I was there. I did a takeout order but observed a few people sitting at tables enjoying meals. It was a really good vibe.I can see myself stopping in for another meal soon!

I would give Janakpur 10 stars if I could. I've only ordered dishes for pick-up, but each time I've had their food it is outstanding! The flavors are absolutely wonderful. My order has always been correct and the restaurant is consistent which I love. There's nothing worse than ordering your favorite foods and something changes without you knowing about it and no indication on the menu. Excellent job yet again Janakpur, you are my go-to in Colorado for Indian food. Thank you!

We shared Chicken Mushroom Masala and Vegetable Kheer Puri Tarkari with garlic nann. Absolutely delicious and have leftovers for lunch this week. Great environment and helpful staff. Will be back!
