I've been coming to this place for years. The sausage they make here is the best I've ever had. They have hot lunches they serve here too. They have bacon, wieners, steaks, dried sausage, smoked sausage, jerkies, canned goods like sauerkraut ( cold crock and canned) jams, jellies, cane syrups, honey, too much to list. They also sell things like quilts, handbags and other gifts. This is a perfect place to shop for gifts and Christmas gifts. They ship!If you've never been here, this is a "must stop" on your road trip!

Although we didn't purchase anything, the people were kind and accommodating. The woman behind the counter seemed to recognize us as tourists, and offered the restroom without us even asking. We stopped in, not knowing exactly what they offer. Turned out to be a real cool spot on the rim of Shiner that offers preserved goods and sauces in jars. They're kind of like home-canned goods that are professionally canned. The imagery surrounding this place is amazing. I'll include some shots here. Seems like they also process meat off site and sell here. Also, they have a sit down spot inside for ordering some food to stay. A patron recommended getting some to go but circumstances didn't allow it. We will definitely come back and spend some proper time here.

This place has hands down the best pickles you will ever have in your life!!! We buy multiple jars at a time! Everyone that works there is super nice and the store itself is so cute. You must stop by!

This is our favorite place to buy meat from!! We love that they don't put extra junk in the meat. We also started buying fresh eggs from them. Call ahead and make sure they have what you are wanting before going over. We love their pan sausage but it isn't always available. Everyone there is super helpful. We have also called and ordered ahead of time and gave them a date we would be there to get it. Love that!!

Awesome burgers! So fresh and made to order. Brisket sandwiches are on Texas Toast rather than a bun. Unique twist. My son had it two days in a row when we were in the area. Cute store with all kinds of preserves, sauces, pickled what nots, and of course a selection of meat products since they are a meat processor.

Stopped in for lunch. You won't find a better hamburger anywhere. I had the chicken salad sandwich, it was delicious too! A great supply of home canned items as well as their line of sausage, smoked meats and the BEST BACON! And the best pecan pie in Lavaca County. You can't go wrong stopping here.

Family owned and operated business! They have great lunch plates Monday - Thursday: sandwiches, salad, hot dogs, frito pies, BBQ brisket, BBQ Pork Loin, and Sausage. Friday's they serve the same menu but add fresh fish, french fries, cole slaw, peaches, and onion rings. Not to mentioned tons of homemade sweets and baked goods.
