Location is located inside the mall so parking may be an issue. Counter service at the cashier was quick and friendly. For two large smoothies it was $15 plus but I had a special offer for being a JJ rewards member. The reason for my one star rating today is because the staff member prepping the drink laughed at me when I asked why they don't fill the cup up. As a customer, we are willing to pay for what we enjoy for the health benefits that JJ has to offer. But if we're not receiving what we are paying for then the management has to re-evaluate steps in the measurements of smithies etc to be charging what you do. Hopefully this matter is corrected before other customers take their business elsewhere.

Customerservice is not good. I had to ask cashier to wash hands and they didn't blend the smoothie enough. I could still see pieces of kales in drink. I ordered the greens and ginger.

My Jamba Juice never tastes good. Not like I'm used to. I've been twice, I got the pool fit yesterday it was super watery. It melted as soon as I hit the door to leave the mall. I ordered a large I needed a child's small, waste.The other time I came here I got the c booster. It lacked flavor. This is the only Jamba Juice that I can find between my house and my job.

Had a valid coupon on the back of ticket I had from a sporting event. They refused to honor it because it wasn't a traditional coupon. The smoothies there are not worth full price anyways. How can they make something filled with so much sugar, taste so bad. There are plenty of other smoothie places worth your time and money.

Christina and Fay gave me the most wonderful Jamba Juice experience. It's location is in the middle of the Willowbrook Mall just a little station but it's very cute. The menu has a lot of healthy options to choose from but I always go for the açaí bowl be a it's super yummy and has strawberries granola, coconut, honey, banana, and blue berries. It fills me up and I never feel guilty eating here. I also enjoy there fresh press juice like wheatgrass or orange juice. They make it right in front of you. The counter is always clean and I could see them cleaning as I was ordering today. This place also has the best smoothies, sometimes they can be as thick as mud but I like that and you can even get little chunks of fruit inside. It's right next to a garbage can so you won't have to search the mall to throw away your trash. It's also right next to some really comfortable chairs. It's also right by the food court if you are looking for somewhere to use the restaurant. It also offers a point system so every time you visit you can knock off points til you reach a free smoothie or price discount. I love this place!!

Excellent quality & flavor as u can always expect from a jamba. Mango go go - bursting with mango goodness & mini chunks of mango throughout that are easy to suck through the straw mmmmm Just anything here is always fabulous! Love love for years & years!

The service is likely on par with what you expect in a store. The juice itself is actually better after drinking it longer (first time trying Jamba Juice btw.)Compared to everything else you're going to get here it's a good choice.

Today i was at the mall for the past 2 hours and I wonder what jamba juice tast and i went for the mango-go-go once i took a sip it was delicious and I couldn't stop drinking it and it made my day so i do recommend getting it.

Came here at 8pm and spent a few minutes looking at the menu (on the side of the booth) while waiting on a cashier to come to the register. After waiting a few minutes I noticed 2 women standing the back holding cleaning supplies with no intention on coming to the register, I waved at them and mouthed "are y'all closed". This chick proceeds to tell me, I quote: "so you see the sign? It says system is down" and proceed to walk the other direction. There was like a 5x1 inch piece of paper taped on the register that said "System is down, we close at 8:30". If the store is still open, it's still your duty to talk to people with sense. I'm not good with letting children (whom I talk to like they are mature with respect) talk to me like a child. Y'all need to actually shut down in that scenario or explain what system down means. I've seen businesses take cash. I also buy too much jamba - From this exact location - to be talked to like that.

Horrible place to get Jamba Juice at. I stood by the register for a while waiting for someone to take my order one of the employees was busy showing some guy her nails the other employee was in the back just texting With no rush at all. Whenever the employee finished up with his cellphone he took my order I had my card out ready to pay the guy just stands there and tells me in a rude tone of voice "ok! Insert your card all the way" didn't even tell me my total! i ignored it at this point I have no energy for this rudeness especially not from Jamba Juice. The guy employee just laughed. So I go to the other side where I "pick up" my drink and the girl employee is finishing pouring my drink and just LITERALLY slides my drink to me no thank you no nothing at this point you might as well throw the drink at me. HORRIBLE customer service!! I saw a hiring sign too. PLEASE stop hiring people like this I know times are hard and short staffed but atleast hire decent employees not unprofessional careless people.
