Jade's Tea House

I'm only giving this 1 star because the dumplings are good. My "matcha" was brown, I don't know what matcha you use but it's bad. Also I should add that your photos are fake and look nothing like real life. The "ambiance" is photos of Star Wars, baby Ruth and hulk qoutes I felt like I was on the inside of a frat boys bedroom with the overused leather couches against the wallsIdk who y'all pay to post these fake reviews but it is insane. My fries came unseasoned. Not even salt. When I tried to add what I thought was seasoning?? I experienced the worst mouth hell of my life. If it was possible, I'd give negative stars. It burned so bad I had to chug my tasteless matcha for relief. The only positive thing that came out of this experience is that I got to leave.

Very friendly staff. Drinks are good. Pineapple slush was very fresh. The only issue I had is the ice is very small and choppy in the teas and it makes it hard to drink because you're sucking up ice chunks through the straw. But overall, it's a cute shop with fresh drinks.

This is one of those places where you just need a quick boba craving satisfied and not anything fancy. Just a lowkey place where you go to and grab a boba drink. so far I've only tried their Jasmine MT and its been good each time. They do have a point system where after 10 drinks you get one free. Its pretty small inside and they do having seating on high tables or couches.

I went to Jade's Tea House maybe about an hour or so before closing so there went many patrons inside. The one thing I liked was that the menu was diverse. There was a good variety of items to choose from. I ended up getting the banana smoothie and strawberry milk tea with boba. The strawberry Milk tea wasn't my favorite. It had a floral-esque artificial strawberry flavor that didn't compliment the tea. The banana smoothie was great! Would order again. It was smooth and not overly sweet. Would be nice if avocado was added. The restaurant isn't huge but there enough seating. There's a comic book theme which is nice. They're also in the winter holiday spirit which was a nice touch.

This is a hidden gem. Right outside the Home Depot, I passed this place many times without noticing it. Today it showed up on my Yelp search so gave it a shot and I was pleasantly surprised!The tea and sinkers tasted great. The ambiance is good and cozy. The tea shop was filled with middle schoolers and were pretty loud but that's not something I'd hold against the cafe. Boba tea worth trying!

Stopped in. They were busy. Nice. Not awful busy. Glad people are stopping by. Got 2 teas, though a favorite off the menu. Hazelnut milk tea :( Got hubby jade milk tea. He liked it. I got hibiscus lychee. Sesame balls. And a pork sandwich. Food comes out timely. Great products. Great service. Very happy. Place is appealing and clean. Highly recommend. There's a loyalty program. I think it's buy 9 or 10 get the next free. So sign up. I think it's clover. (I never redeem for free stuff.)

Expensive and bland. Not worth the trip. Drink was ok. But also took very very long to get the food

Popcorn chicken was decent. Drinks were not that great. I got the green tea milk tea and I was unimpressed.

Signature fruit tea I get it at least once a week. It has peach slices, citrus jam, strawberry pieces. Absolutely amazing if you like fruit tea. Customer service is great too, they are very patient when you ask questions and don't try to rush your decision. I've also tried the popcorn chicken and sesame balls. Both delicious! Although they're listed as snacks, the popcorn chicken does fill me up, definitely shareable. I have been raving about Jade's to my family and now everyone loves this place. Give it a try if you're in the area.

Pleasantly surprised by food portion sizes. Usually cafes will overcharge on snacks. The BBQ sandwich is basically a small meal or huge snack. Eggrolls are cheaper than they would be at a Vietnamese restaurant. Tea was good.Every boba place has slightly different levels of sweetness, especially for the medium levels. Both my 30% drink and the tapioca itself were less sweet than I'm used to, at least compared to many other stores. Not a plus or minus, just an fyi to future customers. Maybe get 50% if you normally get 30%.Service was great and respectful.Music is pretty chill and not intrusive. I totally recommend this place and would come again.
