I was a regular, the food is expensive, but good. A couple of months ago I ordered 3 appetizers for delivery and an hour later when it still wasn't delivered I called the store and the young male that answered was nasty and I told him I wanted to cancel my order. He hung up on me, so I had to call back to make sure my credit card wasn't charged and it wasn't, but he also told me to never order from there again. Somuch for supporting a local business.

The food has gone really downhill. I still like the pork dumplings and the spring roll. But the price of the General Tao's chicken has gone up, and the quality way down. The chicken tastes very off and resembles tough scraps instead of actual meat. No thank you.

The service was excellent. I ordered the spicy sushi trio a trio I have had before I received three orders of spicy tuna. It was dry and inedible. we have been going there for a very long time. My father, who died in 1984 loved this restaurant, and I on the other hand do not love this restaurant and will not be going there anymore. The other people in our party were satisfied with their dinner, I took the leftovers home and threw them in the trash.

Every piece of my General Tso's chicken is full of breading with a little sliver of chicken. We've heard nothing but bad stuff about Jade Garden since the ownership changed but wanted to try for ourselves. Everyone was right. This place SUCKS now. We used to order from them at least twice a month. I'd love to hear from them to clear this disaster of a meal up. Hopefully they made a mistake. It's really inedible crap.

The biggest joke in the area. Ordered food for 12:00 pickup for a work lunch meeting and at 12:37 it's still not ready. There's a 100 other places you go in this area avoid at all cost. You'd be better off buying food at the grocery store next door and cooking a 4 course meal. You'll eat sooner

We are done with Jade Garden. It was our go-to place for a while, and we stuck with them through the change in ownership, but nothing is going back uphill. Some of the food no longer is tasty--bland Chinese food!--and the online ordering system keeps changing, and whomever answers when I end up calling tends to say something like, "yeah, it doesn't work, we have a new program that doesn't work well." Really? Their meals also are a bit pricier than sone other local Chinese restaurants.

This place is horrible with service. I tried to call them to place an order over the phone. The person who answered, hung up on me. I called again and then the person told me to call back in 30 minutes. Then I tried to call again and no one answered. I then preceded to order online and the confirmation said my order will be ready in 20 minutes. I decided to give them 40 minutes to prepare my order. When I arrived to the restaurant they said my order was not ready and that it will be another 30 minutes. Waited the 30 minutes and still haven't gotten my order. This place blows.

The food is decent. It's your typical Chinese takeout place with average food and average prices. I eat here all the time and the food is very constant. My biggest complaint is the wait time for takeout. They are always slow but this most recent time was the worst. I placed the order and they said it would be 20 minutes on the phone. I came to the restaurant 20 minutes later and I had to wait 10 minutes before I was greeted and 25 more minutes before they gave me my food. While I was there, a man was waiting to place a to-go order. He got there 5 minutes after me and left 10 minutes later because no one would take his order. When I got the food, there was no apology for the wait or any acknowledgment that there was an issue.
