Jack's Bar + Grill

I think this review can be sweet and short. The food is bland. The service is the slower than the turtles at Philadelphia Zoo. Because at all times there's one person actually working and all the other waitstaff strolling about like tourists at their own place of work. I recommend you come here if you're on a journey to grow your tolerance and patience. The best spot in Philly for bland food, unfriendly staff, and looooooong wait times...so glad I came here all the way from NYC for this. Place has so much potential if the staff is upgraded.

Went on a Friday night to see Jazzy Jeff perform at the River's Casino. Our waitress was on point, she kept checking on us to make sure we were good despite the diners increasing. My food was so delicious....I got the Penne Vodka, ceaser salad & cheesecake for dessert! 5 stars across the board for Service, atmosphere, & food.

Food isn't bad but they don't pick up the phone and take 20 minutes to make a salad. Considering it's like the only reasonable place to eat in the casino is probably why they get business

I've eaten here several times and the food is ok, the service indifferent. Yesterday though we came by at 5:50 to eat and joined a handful of people at the host stand. 5 mins, 10, 15+ nobody came to seat anyone. The server at the nearby bar just shrugged and walked away. We went over to Mian, where at least there are people there to seat you. Never mind they charge 9$ each for 4 very small dumplings and 2 egg rolls small enough to fit in a hollow-out pea. Rivers has been sliding downhill fast in pretty much all aspects.

Amazing! We went last night to Rivers Casino's Jack's bar and Grill for the concert we had a great time. The food was amazing and the service even better the manager I believe her names Alicia rocks she was just the best! I highly recommend!.

I just want to say it was my first time ever here at Jack's and we loved the food and the service as well as the manager Shawn Pierce on making sure that everything was good and if we needed anything he would go out of way to try and get it for us great place great staff and great food we will definitely be back

They have really gone down hill since I first started coming here a couple of months ago, what happened? Raw, cold burgers, hard fries, and the last straw...no dessert, NONE. Service is bad as well. I wasn't like this just 2 or 3 months ago!

Food was not good at all. Waste of time and money. The worse part is the service. I finished eating my entrée before my appetizer came out. I ordered nachos as an appetizer and a burger for my entrée. The waitress said the kitchen was baked up so that was the delay for my appetizer.... It's NACHOS!

We had a reservation for 6:15 and ordered food by 6:30. When we had not received food by 7:20 we asked for the manager who never came, so we left. What was really galling was that a table next to us that were seated at about 6:45 were already eating their food. Very bad customer service.

I went to Jack's on Saturday evening with a friend of mine and it was THE WORST experience I have EVER had at a restaurant!!! We were hungry, but not THAT hungry so we decided to share a meal together. Antonio (Tony) our waiter was THE WORST!!! We ordered drinks and he did not bring them out at all! We had to ASK for them!!! When the food was finally delivered, he did not bring out any plates for us at all! The guy who brought out the food said he just delivers food and could have cared less about us getting our drinks. Tony NEVER checked on us. He never brought out the bill--my friend had to go to the bar and ask for it! Antonio was talking to a co-worker as if he did not have any patrons! I asked for a refill and he NEVER brought it out!!! We could not wait to leave! I DO NOT plan to return!!! Their customer service is AWFUL!!! By the way, they DO NOT clean their grill...you could tell that by the taste of the burger!
