My fault for not checking the bag, but after waiting up front and the person walking away, I didn't even bother. I paid $11 for a burger and drink. I got a breakfast croissant and hash browns.. also what's up with always sending people to the front? There was no one behind me?

Food was freezing cold. They didn't give me any napkins. No ranch after i asked even for extras. The fries were so soggy. so disappointed.

Food was absolutely horrendous. Tasted like poison. The patty was hard as a rock. Service was alright but the lady upfront had an attitude. The inside looked like the average Jack in the box.

I'd give it a zero star if I could. Had to wait 20 minutes for a burger and 3 egg rolls. Guy who was serving me had to be high as a kite as he could barely talk plus got my order wrong. To top it all off everything was over cooked. Avoid this place at all cost.

Ordered a Jack Wrap and asked for only ranch and no good sauce. Only got a tortilla with grilled chicken. No tomatoes, no lettuce, no pickle. The guy running the drive through was cutting me off and tried to get me out of the drive through as fast as possible

Whoever "just got there to work",at this time and on this day, needs to REALLY work on their customer service skills. You don't hang up on a customer while they are talking. That is extremely rude. If you aren't happy there then go find somewhere else to work!

we order our food online and have to wait at least 20 minutes after it said it was ready. one of my brother in laws asked for no onion and no mayo and got both. i got a gold peak sweet tea that tasted like actual water. my husband complained to me that a guy in a wheelchair came in the lobby and waited for someone to notice him and they didn't. the service absolutely sucks and don't sell TEA if you're gonna make it taste like water.

I come here very often and use their drive-thru. At least once a week since it's so close to where I live. And every time they ask me to drive to the front of their location even if there's nobody waiting behind me. Why? To show in their reports that they have fast service or something? I'm happy to wait at the window, especially when there's nobody behind me. I understand some orders may be finished before mine. I understand that. But there's literally nobody waiting behind me, and almost every time I'm asked to move forward. Why?? And then there's someone else waiting behind me asked to move forward too...

Drive thru lady was rude because the drive thru mic was broken so we went to the window. Put Buttermilk house sauce ranch in our bag for the tiny tacos instead of the avocado ranch. Even then; we ordered two tiny tacos, not one. They could've at least put two of the wrong ranch in the bag.
