Jack in the Box

We ordered through the mobile ap and picked it up. We drive to my sons therapy appointment and found we had none of the burgers, croissant or wrap. We drove back to Jack in the box. The manager Christina was so disrespectful. We showed her the bag. Explained we were short on our food. She came to our car and looked. Had me open one of the bags. To prove it wasn't there. . It was not given to us. Door dash picked up at the same time. We think she gave our sandwiches to them. But she kept saying I'll make it but I gave it to you. She did not give it to us. While making the items she kept saying they are getting a lot of free food. And making disrespectful comments about us to her staff. And still she shorted us the croissant sandwich. She refused to make it and refused to refund for the missing sandwich. When we got back to my sons therapy the burgers and wrap she did make were sloppy, missing cheese, and obviously done incorrrectly on purpose. When we first picked up our order she tried to give us 4 drinks instead of 5. So she shorted us food, refused to refund for the missing croissant sandwich and still and was rude and disrespectful! We have been here often. But today was the last day. The rudeness was out of bounds.

Pulled up to the drive through to order and ordered my food and also told the worker that I was picking up a door dash order. He then told me it wasn't ready and I told him ok then for some reason he wanted to tell me again so I again said ok then he wanted to say I had an attitude. When clearly I was just just saying ok. Then when I get to the window I asked about how long until the door dash order is ready and he just said they working on it. I asked what his name was then he began to start yelling through the window at me saying if you gonna call on me go ahead Ima tell my manager to. Then proceeded to talk trash behind the window to other employees. Sayin things like I don't pay his bills and just ranting. I felt it was very unprofessional and definitely dosent need to be around other people with that type of attitude. Poor port customer service.

I am visiting the area. Ordered French fries & a drink. It took me 20 mins to get my order. This, only after I went to the staff and asked them for my food. Extremely disappointed with the time it took.

Pathetic, not only did they mess up my order they lazy too. Tried the new garlic Parm wings and they gave me wings with just parm sprinkled on top.

Hi, the time is 108. I'm at the Jack-in-the-Box in Rosenberg Texas. I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese on a different kind of bun and some curly fries. The first batch of curly fries were cold and greasy. So I asked her to remake them. I will put a picture of them for you to see how they look now they're hot but I don't think they changed the grease in a while. The burgers were OK it's just that they threw too much lettuce on them and just flopped the tomatoes on them So if you're a Jack-in-the-Box in Rosenberg, please if you're driving through make sure you look at your food before you drive off because they try to hand you anything. I gave this Jack-in-the-Box today a one star. also, when we came in the door, the young man was sweeping up food off the floor and just stopped and left it right in the middle of the floor at this Jack-in-the-Box, which for the ambience is just yucky there is only three other people in this restaurant eating so that let you know that they got a lot to do, plus the cleanliness not just the ambience is just awful

This place sucks all nuggets frozen took a really long time to get our food and no one was there I wonder why just don't go

There are no words that can describe how my experience was. We stood in the lobby waiting for 10-15 minutes and no one bothered to come take our order. The employees just stood in the kitchen being fully aware that they had people waiting. And the worst part is that we were the only ones there so there was no reason for them not taking our order. We decided to leave and get Burger King instead cause they let us have it our way at BK, you rule.

I want to give them a zero. I will never visit this location again!!!! I have never been to a Jack in the Box where they refused to cook my hash browns as requested.

seen the head female manger smoking a vape outside infront of the store while I was waiting on my order , this new management is a joke I come here daily and its never been this bad . literally have employees who don't wanna be there at all show no type of genuine respect to customers and is jus straight up rude I've never seen a store this bad in all of my fast food going years , ever since this new manager everything has been half assed , how was it worser than when the mangers and employees were gathered up smoking weed on the side of the store , they at least did there job and showed mutual respect and gave me my damn food hot and ready this place has gon to shit and it's all the hiring managers fault , they don't hire good employees who want to work they hire lazy ass grown adults who can't do a teenagers job , I'm a teen and work better than everyone in there

This the worse jace in the box I have ever been too I have given them so many chances and everytime there is a issue or they don't have food my son went last night for dinner and they had nothing we wanted and no drinks the service is so bad and they staff is rude if u can avoid going here I would don't waste ur time or manor money because that's all ur doing
